This company is very unprofessional and incompetent in my opinion. The sales person, ****** called me several times requesting to give me an estimate for my roof. Her husband is a Charter employee and noticed I had some spots that needed some attention when he was onsite for cable repair. I told ****** I was aware that my roof will eventually need attention but I wasn't planning on doing any work right now. I have two roofs. The roof in question had been patched and did not have any leaks prior to the visit by NTX Roofers. They went up on my roof twice. The second time there was a series of loud banging and I asked the contractor to stop the banging and explain to me what was going on. He stated that he had to check to see how thick the layers were on my roof. I told him I was not planning on doing any work right now so please don't cause any damage. I know very little about roofing. I accepted his explanation. Well, it rained several days later and now I have two significant leaks that I did not have prior to this incident. I called the owner ***** and sales person ****** of NTX Roofer and have been getting nothing but the run around. The owner promised to come over twice to see what his contractor did. Unfortunately, no show, no call and no communication. Now I'm stuck with having to find a company to repair the damage they caused. I will be out of money to fix this damage. I guess if you're not going to hire them right away to repair/replace your roof, maybe you shouldn't let them up to inspect it. I believe this damage was done on purpose. NTX Roofer did not gain a customer with this behavior. I hope this complaint makes everyone steer clear of this company. BBB forced me to leave at least 1 star. My vote is zero stars.
