    I ordered custom saddle on Dec 21, 2023 pd deposit of $2845 on May 30, 2023 pd $3220. On May 31, 2023 pd balance of saddle $910. I have voice mail From ***************** in August stayed in the saddle hasnt even been started yet, but it will be done before fall. In October I spoke to **** again Saddle still not started ask for a refund have numerous emails, requesting my refund. On October 30 I received an email from ***** saying she would check on this and get back to me. I continue emailing and calling with no response until December. On December 4 ***** sent her apologies and said she would check over bookkeeper stating this shouldve been handled on December 6. She said she didnt have correct information that it would be taking care of that first part of next week and thanks for my patience I sent a follow-up email. ***** said she would check on the status having trouble with the credit card processing system. On December 19 ***** sent email saying they typically do not offer refunds on custom saddle orders so Im sure that confuse our office things have been crazy with upcoming holidays. She is working on getting this handled. I emailed on January 17 and 18th after the holidays asking about my refund with no response.

    I contacted ***************** first part of August 2023 about a custom saddle. The price was agreed upon for the sum of $6,150.00. I sent him a check for $3000.00 right away. I was told the saddle would *********** to 8 months. The balance was sent in the sum of $3,150.00. I had been told the saddle would be finished first part of April to the middle of April. I received no updates for some time. The next update was they would have it by June. I have tried to contact **** by Text and phone with no response. I have friends living in ******** and they actually went by his store to check and see if they had closed. I was told there was very little inventory and no saddles in store. I have talked to **** several times he seemed to be one of the nicest people I just can't believe that this is happening with such a reputable company. Why would anyone take your money under good faith and leave you hanging like he has done me. In contacting the BBB I see that this has become a trend with *****************. At this point I am talking to an Attorney. BE CAREFUL
