      To *****, the representative who works for Premier Health and disguises under ************************** Theres a special place in h*** for sales people like you. *****, who sold me, a pregnant woman (DESPERATE) for health insurance while there was a job loss! fraudulent insurance that the pharmacist told me was inactive/invalid while attempting to pick up my prescription!! She sold me a fake insurance policy under a group name of: Socio Buenos LP and they go by numerous fraudulent names: Adventhealth Premium, Proact etc., my doctors office said the policy didnt go through and our doctor visit was billed as Uninsured. PLEASE, please, PLEASE steer away from Premier Health, it is a 3rd party agency who LIES, SCAMS and cheats. I knew there was red flags when ***** came off too casual and laid back over the phone. I thought she was just a laid back woman, but shes just comfortable selling herself fraudulent insurance to others. It comes natural to her and her team.

      Pressured to signed up July 3, 2024 via phone call without being given an opportunity to thoroughly review their documents. I clearly told the person on the phone I didn't need the policy active until 8/1/2024 and would only need it for that month. When I get the receipt in my email, I see that it says the activation is 7/4/2024. I call back on 7/3/2024 as I feel like I wasn't given an opportunity to actually look into the policy and I want to cancel before it even becomes active. I got transferred to someone who said they are able to cancel it and I will get a full refund of $407 in a few days. I also had multiple emails that said the membership was cancelled. I thought the problem was solved but over a week later I still did not get a refund so I called back to explain the issue. The person on the phone proceeds to tell me they can cancel it but I will only be refunded $387 due to a non-refundable enrollment fee I agreed to when I signed up under pressure on the phone. They had nothing to say when I told them I already cancelled and was already told to expect a $407 refund. He said he went and cancelled it (even though I said it was already cancelled) and said to expect a refund in 3-5 business days. I pushed back multiple times that I was waiting to get the $407 refund. Later he said expect a $387 in 5-7 business days. Nothing I've been told is consistent. The person on the phone said I will get a receipt in email for the refund but I have yet to see confirmation that a refund is on the way to me.

      We are very sorry about that. We have sent that receipt to you today. That refund was issued yesterday so please give it time to clear with your bank. We also saw that your insurance agency, ************************* based in ******* (a separate entity from ourselves) sent your cancellation notice before your active date. So, the $20 enrollment fee has now also been refunded. That receipt has been sent to you as well. Our apologies for the delay in getting you those notifications.
