1 starMy experience matched the others listed. Premier Health Solutions, LLC committed Fraud with me. They had an agent call me and we went through the process. I paid $588 to get the chance to read all the documents, but it stated I had 30 days to review and get a full refund if cancelled. The plan was nothing like the agent described. This is likely a sweat shop cashing in on peoples trust. Here is what I learned.1) The credit card company thinks they are Presbyterian Health Services (PHS), which they are not affiliated in any way. I asked the credit card company to investigate them for fraud.2) When I spoke with Premier Health Solutions, LLC , they tried to tell me they don't know who the broker is, yet they did verify payment of the premium. they claim to be a Third Party Administrator. The product they sold me was not eligible as a health plan in MA. I would have been taxed for non-coverage by MA.3) This is clearly an illegal broker working for Premier, so they are fully culpable and responsible, because they have a contract with the broker 4) I also found a lawsuit from VT, with the same violation they did to me.Suggestions - file a fraud complaint with your credit card company. They all share data, so the more fraud complaints they get, the more likely they will be shut out of the money game they are playing.NOTE: Premier is 100% responsible. 1 starI signed up with an Agent ****** **** after he explained my premium and my deductible. We even checked to make sure my doctors were under my plan. It all sounded very legit. When I called about a week or so later to see when I would get my medical ID cards, I received the run around. No one had an answer for me. Then after looking further into all of this and realizing i was mislead on everything, I then started to call up to cancel everything. I ended up getting the run around. I called over 10 times to cancel! They wanted to know why, told me to not "yell" at them. Plus they said they needed to know why and did I have another insurance. Constant hang *** and they were rude, nasty and even a representative laughed at me over the phone for trying to cancel. I do not need this nor want this. I actually have another plan that will be kicking in very shortly for me. I know I'm entitled back a refund since I started to call them just 2 weeks into the first month with it and the so called scam. It was $148 monthly. I can't believe that they can get away with this. It's not like I'm made of money, but what's so ***etting is the constant lies, run around and the hang ***! How can they continue to run this scam and have the worse customer service and ***** Do not fall for this *******'s not a health insurance policy.I regret that I even fell for this and now I'm out $148.Review fromThomas G

1 starI applied online to purchase medical insurance under the *************** Act. I was contacted by a *** and singed up to purchase a policy on April 9 2025. I was billed $128.00 to activate the policy and told I would be billed monthly. When I recievd the comformation email I found that the company had issued AD&D insurance and a company Healthcare Ninja which was not a medical policy. I contacted the company April 10 2025 and request a refund since this was not the product requested. After waiting 3 weeks without any word I phone the company for a update. I tlaked to three ***s who state I am not my request is eligible because the policy has been cancelled. I have found numerous compliants about this company for scamming people. I was charged $128 by this company and something needs to be done to stop this company's fraudant practice.Review fromDavid N

It appears they are running a HUGE MEDICAL INSURANCE SCAM! I also am a victim of the misleading lies and intentional deceit. I can't believe I fell for the scam game did, to the tune of $582 dollars. I actually called Access Health on March 4, 2025 and was transferred to this company. They made me believe they were the right insurance for me and explained how all these things were covered. They charged me $109. After consulting with outside parties I realized this was not the coverage I needed so I canceled on March 5, 2025. I requested a refund. I was told by 4 representatives that Id be getting my refund. Remind you, the coverage started March 15-April 14 so I canceled and requested refund way before. They waited until after April 14 to tell me that Im no longer eligible for a refund because my insurance lapsed. How does that make any sense? So I called today because they sent me an email saying I can get my refund and when I do Im told Im not eligible yet again and when I go to speak I get hung up on. THIS IS A SCAM! They really needed $109 that bad? Like I have serious medical issues and still cant be checked out because I have no insurance and this company screwed me even more so now I have to wait even longer to figure out whats going on with me.Premier Health Solutions LLC

I was lied to, they say its not their fault theyre a 3rd party. THEY KNOWINGLY DO THIS. Cause me to have a mental breakdown and left me wishing I wasnt alive. This IS A SCAM! Do not use them I have been in contact with them for 3 hours because they told me they were anthem blue shield and my dental insurance would be covered. Was told I could have a refund prior to service being active. Was told I have to wait the policy starts the first of next month. Three different stories regarding refunds by three different people. And when you look up the provider, nowhere to be found goes back to a computer store. Waiting for a full refund. Not sure why it cant be applied before the services applied. I feel scammed. I never received a refund from this company for the multiple charges I was scammed into paying. They misrepresented who they were and what I was paying for. When I finally figured out I was being billed by Premire health solutions I called and spoke with them and the representative on the phone told me to contact the agent that scammed me in the first place. He promised he would try to get the refund through Premire and I knew that was too good to be true. Awful experience. This was a total fraud. I am more angry with myself for giving my credit card number over the phone NEVER do that. "*****" assured me my card would not be charged until I was approved. When I got the contract and the entity read "hoot hoot" insurance I shut my card off right away. Despite his assurance that my card would not be charged without my permission shortly after I got a notification that it was charged and declined. I have to change my card number on everything and wasted a long time on this scam. STAY AWAY it is FRAUD. They charge with no authorization.Premier Health Solutions LLC
