This compay bought out Nuiti Green In ** and think they can just come to your property with out given a 30 day notice to see if you want to cancel , then they want to charge you for it. Read below.This is not a true statement Below, you are still a retailer. you purchase sprays and are supposed to put them on my lawn to take care of weeds. This is still classified as a product / goods!!! unless you didnt purchase any spray and were just delivering watrer that why the weed grew so well !!!! My this just keeps getting better as to why I had to PURCHASE MY OWN WEED KILLER!!!!!!!!!******* more I paid for a agreement in full up front, I should not have to contiune to keep calling and monitor requesting them to do their job /service / Product "SPRAY" that I paid in advance "in GOOD FAITH" ******* more the last water that ***** put down that he can out for only made the weeds worse . I took picture, So I understand now why the weed got worse , since you didnt purchase any" good/spays" since you are not are retailer any only sprayed water. Plus I told them I had Hip and I couldnt do this or get out to do this.That why I had to hire another ******* to take care of pulling weeds and putting down the weed killer I HAD TO PURCHASE. Since apparenly they were devilvering water to my grass, Since you indicated that your not retailer so there were no GOODS. So I paid for water as a product/Good from this company REALLY!!! let see what my attoney says about that trully is deception. . "Secondly, we are not a retailer, we are a service provider. There are no goods that were not received. We provided a service and are seeking compensation for the service rendered.
