On December 19th, 2022, I booked my first appointment with this company for January 12th, 2023. I paid the company $400 total including the deposit made on December 19th.I was to get microblading done where the provider is supposed to listen to what the customer wants in order to provide the results the client wants. This is a cosmetic tattoo and something that will change the way you look permanently. I am filing this dispute because Heather ******/James the owner did not listen to a single thing I told her on how I would like my microblading to look and ruined my face. (I have had this procedure done previously by a different company, so I knew what to expect) I had to undergo 7 sessions of laser tattoo removal to get my life and mental health back in order. I had to *************** of work and pay a couple thousand of extra dollars to fix her mistake. She should not be in business and not anywhere near someone's face. I have left a review on Yelp which she keeps taking down, even though I have photos of proof to show other potential clients considering her work. Another woman left a Yelp review with the horrible job she has received also. I have proof of payment and proof of all the support I had to seek out through a support group of others going through the same thing as well as all the receipts for the laser removal I had to pay for to make myself feel like myself again. I also have since done more digging and found that her company was FKA Flash Browns which has had a complaint previously filed against it which leads me to believe that was the reason for her company name change since the one of the first links that shows up for Flash Brows in under BBB but when you search for Heather James Ink, the negative reviews do not pop up because she deletes them from ************ I did my best to include photos of everything, including my review that got deleted that goes into even more detail.

Just to be clear this complaint is against Heather James Ink, not Flash Brows. Flash Brows was the old company name, the business is currently called Heather James Ink. Need to be sure the name of the business is clearly stated so when people search for her business they find this info ( *********************************** )

As just wanted to include some more photos to back my previous written complaint. Including a couple more photos of my brows to show how poorly they were done as if she did not care of the outcome. They were uneven, patchy, and THICK even though I specifically told her I keep mine thin and precise as you can see from the compassion photos I attached previously of my brows before she touched them. As a microblading artist the artist is supposed to listen to what the client wants and work with them to achieve that result but she disregarded everything I told and showed her before we proceeded with my appointment.

Also including a photo of another client she had who had a poor outcome, also attaching photos of the laser appointments I've had to endure to fix her mess. And proof to the ************** I found to help ease the distress I was going through to not feel alone.

Wanted to update with more photos of things that do not add up that show how Heather is hard at work trying her best to twist things in her favor. She see's the attack against her from me filing a complaint and is doing everything to scheme to keep her looking in good standing. I noticed a new review on her yelp with a screenshot that shoes a text from an alleged assistant which she previously did not have. It appears that she is trying to scheme to make people pity her and say as if she will not be returning to work. If that were the case and you were a business owned as herself, one would update their social media and websites to inform people of her so called "medical leave" but no where has she stated that publicly. She also disabled reviews from being visible on ********* She also somehow got like 4 or 5 new reviews on the same day on ****** and in the screenshots you can she that days and how she "left a response" that was dated 3 years ago. Looks to me like she is bringing back old reviews or doing something to work in her favor. The reviews from yelp to ****** to looking at her social's do not add up. She is a narcissist. If you go to her lowest rated reviews on ******/yelp you will see just how many others thumbs up those.
