      If someone can get back to us on unpaid invoices 2325 with ***************************** and then 250 from the waters. Its been very unprofessional and we are trying to get ahold of someone who is gonna do there job not give a beat around before we seek legal help!

      ******* at ************** in ******* is by far the WORST place to live at !! Poor management! When moving in my AC went out had no AC for 5days very pleasant at 85 for a whole week !! Had to beg them to let me use a portable because why not just offer it, to begin with!! 2nd month here I was charged a ridiculous amount on electricity when I had my own account with SRP! Then to get the office to remove the charge was a HASTLE !! 3rd month I Informed them we got charged $35 for Trash Valet in which we dont have (because the guy moved) he was my neighbor. But we still keep getting charged on an service thats not being provided ! 4th month here were still getting charged $35 Trash Valet but still here I am throwing my trash and getting charged !!! Not only that Im getting double charged on water !!! Ive reached out to the office and of course Im getting the run around not surprised at all !

      The ******************** ************************************************* has towed by son's car and continues to attempt this. We have registered his information with the apartment complex, the ladies in front state they have entered his information, his registration is up to date. Does the apartment complex receive commission or some type of monetary incentive for this mess? I would hope to have his $320 refunded the time it was towed unlawfully! He didn't park in any parking spot unlawfully (handicap or not designated). Now mind you, clearly the complex is ********** people robbing from **********. Seriously use your towing for crooks actually violating the law.

      AVALON AT CHASE OAKS-***** I don't think I even have to write a review! Pictures are enough!! Worst management company EVER!!! Nothing was done before I moved in and to add to this, my smoke detectors are both broken, my front door k*** was broken and there is no weather stripping, my AC is still no working properly, it's been over a week now that I'm still waiting on my Washer/Dryer. This place is awful!! Residents just throw their trash outside on the ground. ****** hides in her office and ******* is all over the place. I know she is helping out but my goodness take a breath and slow down. The one star is for the previous leasing lady ***** She was the reason i rented there and then find out she left. They can't even keep staff in the office as they keep quitting after a day. I have requested a full refund of all the money I've wasted on this place and I yet to hear from anyone!!

      They are the absolute worst. Management does not care and neither does the leasing office. The leasing office sits there and watches the phone ring. Ive caught them numerous times. The management company(caf) will go back and forth via email, but this takes weeks to get a response. They have horrible reviews and delete comments on their social media. Its so bad they had to turn comments off on Instagram. Their entire company is a scam. Im not sure how what they do is even legal in *****. Please if you see their name attached to a property, dont walk or run, sprint!!!!

      My experience with CAF Management at the Ridleys has been nightmare since my move in date. Upon my move in, I was in building B , which later to find out is a section building ( I wasn't notified of this). Since living here the last 3 years I've dealt with the following issues:-Discrimination from property ******************** Maintenance men entering my apartment multiple times ( while there getting dressed ) and while I wasn't present. - work orders not done like broken AC, leaking roof and fuacet -Mold and water demage -Mice and ***** infestation -A lack of action from property mgt and corporate with theft and crime in the parking lot - poor Maintenance of building B like the security gate being continuously demage and gate not properly locked. compared to Build A where the tenants building is well maintained. - mail and package theft and still being force to pay for parcel pending when the parcels were properly secured.-Lead maintenance man entering in apartment going through personal belongs ( under garments)-Amenities unavailable the first two years because the pool was not properly serviced due to f**** in the pool and plumbing issues. - broken washer -No security cameras -additional fee's added each month from water, gas/electricity taxes My experience here has impacted my physical and mental health and I would not recommend living in any of there apartment complex

      They need to either change their management, or working style or just shut the company down. Residents are in agony, new prospect tenants are in stress and no one seems to care. HORRIBLE!!! No one answers the phones at the properties, the property managers do not care, they don't reply to emails or bother to give a call back. I live at ************************* and they are just pathetic.

      OH MY GOD! I used an ******************* and had I had ANY IDEA that the acts and behaviors of CAF Management were common practice I would have NEVER MOVED INTO THORNBURY APTS IN *****. Non communication, 10% someone will answer the phone and rarely is there a response to emails. The phones just ring and ring. Shoddy apartment structure regarding the doors and windows that allow infestations of ants and other pests to infiltrate the apartment. The carpeting was not cleaned prior to move in so there are pests coming out of the carpet. Leaking going on in the main bathroom of which maintenance arrived to repair and leakage still occurred for a day afterward. Water was shut off overnight with NO WARNING TO RESIDENTS, and other hosts of shoddy behaviors is now making me seek Tenant Rights legal representation to explore effective dissolution of this lease and move!! To anyone out there seeking to move to Thornbury Apartments in ***** or any other community managed by CAF -- DON'T DO IT. RUN AWAY AND FIND A COMMUNITY THAT RESPECTS ITS RESIDENTS.

      I'm so upset. I can't get anything done at my Apartment on MacArthur Blvd. I still have Make-Ready that are not done. Always, goes to voicemail. If you get a live person(s) they tell you custodian(s) are coming and they don't.

      I am a current Resident at a CAF management apartment complex, For little over a year I have been a patient resident as I would wait nearly a month to get every work order completed. But today my A/C went out and as I call the main office to recieve a timeframe for when a maintenance technician will be able to come to ***********, I am not given an answer. So due to the constant lack of communication I contacted ***** (regional director) for assistance and no resolution is made once again. But this isnt my first time contacting ***** about work order issues and once again her tone has been very offensive. So now I am sitting in a home with three children without proper A/C and 106 degree temperatures outside. Please stay far away from a CAF management property ASAP as they never know how to assist their tenants when extreme weather is happening. I will be breaking my lease and perusing legal action very SOON if I am without for another day.

      Hello ********, I spoke with you on 8/2 and your concern to me was that you did not like the length of time your non-emergency work order requests were open and that you received a trash violation, at the time of speaking all requests were completed. You requested compensation for this and I denied this as there was not an open reason for compensation. I gave my sincerest apologies to you that your non-emergency work orders were not completed promptly and let you know the trash violation would not be removed. I reminded you that this is AC season and we are unfortunately the team is behind on work orders. You did not speak to me about your AC being out at the time of the call and the last work order you put in for your AC was on 6/10 and was closed within 72 hours, you spoke with the manager about your AC being out in June as well but did not state to us that it was currently out. After speaking to you about your concerns you disconnected the call mid-conversation.
