Hired this company to fix my deck around pool, the work they did actually made it worse than was before. They continue to tell me they will fix but has been months and they refuse to fix the problems they created.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/12/21) */ This is a false statement I was hired to do a seal coat when I first visited with customer I explain to him that his existing coating needed to be removed because it was bad after giving him a price he did not want to pay that much and agreed to just doing a seal coat witch we did and completed and was fully paid. Few months later the system failed due to the old coating not been removed as well as internal issues like moisture i then whent back and applied another coat of sealer to try and fix the problem but few days later it happen again I offered to go back give it another shot at fixing it as soon as my schedule open up but he denied I also have pictures of our conversation as well as screenshots of the previous company he had hired to do the same thing and whent on n gave them bad reviews seem like mr wolf is a bad review master Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/12/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The deal was to strip existing coat and recoat it, the quote he gave me that was expensive was to redo the color, which i decided not to do. the fact is he only over layed more epoxy on top of bad epoxy and now looks even worse than before. if you do bad work you get bad reviews, if you do good work i leave good reviews, the sad thing is this was a refferral from a friend and since i have told him about this he wont use him anymore either. you should stand by your work Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2023/01/01) */ Mr wolf just admitted on agreement I personally told him he needed to remove the coating including color and he denied he dint want to spent the amount of money to get a job done He preferred to just go on top of a bad color witch we agreed on just adding a seal coat witch we did just that powerwashed pool deck and applied new seal clear coat I've uploaded a picture of previous company he hired and did the same thing to us maybe he should stop been cheap and just do a new coating from scratch . I've tried going back to make things right he denied Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2023/01/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The epoxy coating and the color are 2 different things. I just had to pay another company to remove the epoxy and redo it. The color is under the epoxy....this guy is a liar and runs a terrible company....
