    ****** did a good job on cleaning the **** and the external A/C unit in my house. They were on the spot appointment and no hassle, to include ETA when theyll be at my house(phone call and Text Message). **************** was awesome when I called and she gave me all the details on discounts and free Veterans membership.

    Cordarius came to service my mom's unit today 3/3/25 and he was great, very professional. He didn't rush the job, he cleaned up after the last On Time tech was here, which was last year or the year before. He was so patient with my 97 year old mother. When ********* left mom said he was a nice you man. Thanks again *********, great job, see you next time.

    **** does excellent work! Very happy with everything he does and my units run more efficiently because of him! Very friendly and knowledgeable!     Very good service, an excellent work keep it up, and would be very helpful to notify customer before tech arrives suggesting it least 30 minutes before the arrival.

    Very impressed by this guys knowledge and work ethics. Took out and cleaned the blower wheel ('Hamster Wheel') that up until now no one else had, that I can remember, after nine years! Also, changed out parts that were near failure before they failed, but still under warranty. A welcomed company policy which he completed with a wrench and a cheerful sense of accomplishment. I'll be requesting his skill for my unit's next check up... without a doubt... a pleasure interacting with him.
