I received a flyer from Auto Dent Pros and called to get an estimate. Tyler ****** came to my residence November of 2021 to discuss paintless dent repair for my hail damaged vehicle. He informed me he could fix the whole car. When he returned the car, he rushed me for payment and immediatly went to the bank to cash the check. I paid $10,687.89. State Farm cut him another check for about $8000. The car was not finished and it looked horrible. I then received a bill from the Turnpike Authority that I needed to put more money on my account. I called to inquire as I had not drove on the Turnpike and they let me know that my tag had been in Texas. I gained access to my account and discovered that my vehicle was taken to Texas to be repaired. I called Tyler to let him know I wanted to meet with him to discuss some issues. My husband and I met with him to go over the items that still needed to be fixed and we also let him know that we did not want my car to be taken to Texas. It is a 2016 and has over 80,000 miles. I had plans to trade it in in 2021, but was unable to because of the delay in getting the hail damage fixed. Even after we let him know this, when he took the vehicle back to fix the issues he took it to Texas again.
According to Auto Dent Pros website, there is a shop in downtown Oklahoma City where my vehicle could have been repaired. He took my vehile to Texas twice and unnecessarily put miles on my vehile. Also, according to his website, he is Better Business Bureau accredited and his business card has the BBB logo.
