    They are liers. Your never going to get the money. Just when you made it, they changed the rules. What they advertised, is far from truth. You don't get paid in one minute. Your wasting your time if you think your going to make money and get paid. They are scanners and I hope they get shut down.

    Terrible business. Crooks! Will add unnecessary charges to your account with no explanation. One missed car ************** car is gone the next day. It takes two weeks MINIMUM for them to get it back to you even if the debt was fulfilled the day after payment due. In short, spend your money elsewhere & dont get involved with this crooked business.

    First off let's just say the calls are annoying ! They used a 3rd party app capped prepay to make payments and I scheduled a a payment arrangement on the site and they call you everyday every other hour even if your 1 day late and calling your references... you can speak to a rep and another will continue to call you all through out the day. Like how many times came ccms call a day ?

    I bought 3 cars from this location in last 8 years. I am totally satisfied from their service. I had some small issues with cars and they fixed them immediately. The negotiation was fair enough for me. I still continue service of my cars in this location. When I see some bad reviews, I really surprised. It looks like customers who are satisfied from the service, doesn't leave any messages. That is why I want to share my experience.

    Please do not purchase from this company! Poor customer ********************** , cars arent up to par , and theyre money hungry! I just purchased a car a month ago and all my check engine lights came on! I called to notify them and I was told to call the car lot and make an appointment which I couldnt because Im working in another state. Of course I had to take it upon myself to get it fixed which the issues cost me almost $2000 and there is still issues.. basically Im financing a lemon! Not to mention I put down **** and agreed to pay 398 every two weeks! There shouldnt have been anything wrong with the car! But theyre saying I cant pay my full balance on the second date my car note is due. Absurd! They dont care about your issues! Even if a car they just sold you has you in a bind and behind because you had to pay for out of pocket repairs. There is no grace ****** or no understanding and my car was repoed. Since I put money into getting the car fixed Im gone between it up and continuing to pay it off or leaving it there.. at this point I take full accountability because I knew something was up the moment I didnt receive my contract! Im trying to protect other hardworking people that deserve a second chance please dont let them lie like they can help you there. They are CON artist!

    I purchased 2018 ******** **** i out **** down payment and paid extra **** So I dont have deferred. Car note was almost week half later. I got my own insurance and the still tried to charge me cpi I never signed for. I paid my car fully on top cpi they added ****** side loan I paid **** every month 31 days for 2min tha so I paid 3x. They cancelled the surety bond and I asked for bill if sale never got it I started getting extra fees and they report to my credit diff information amthen isnin contract what is told every one gets upset dont want to communicate I cant find my car they want allow me to get my items. Slime holders name is different from contract thats was breached over priced car insure just horrible inconvenience waste of money

    This company preys on the desperation of the ppl. I originally put **** down on a 2020 **** but my payments went from 390 monthly, to that bi weekly. Less than 2 days later after speaking with an attorney, I returned to the lot with the vehicle and asked to return the car and refund the down payment, per ***** Law! The salesman assured me we can fix this. we can correct this and make this right.etc I let them woo me into a 207 Malibu for 290(bi weekly) which turned to ****** with there insurance(CPI) the exact price of the car I returned. When I realized their game on my 1st payment, I was distraught, because they had took advantage of a single mom needing transportation. I got behind due to issues and I paid them 800 dollars the end of July. By August 10, they repossessed the car from a Domestic Violence shelter that I am living in and is now asking for 800 more + storage fees for the car. Complete RIP OFF, luckily the shelter is helping me get a mediator so I can at least get some kind of help, but ppl please be aware of these legal scam artists. I should stood on my decision to return the 1st car and got my **** dollars. They will change your contract if you arent due diligent!????????DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!??????????

    THIS CAR LOT IS A JOKE. THE SALESMAN TELL YOU ONE THING TO CLOSE THE DEAL & THE FINANCE COMPANY CALLS & HARASS AFTER YOUVE GOTTEN VEHICLE. WAS GIVEN 2 PAYMENT OPTIONS AT DEALERSHIP THEN YOURE SET TO BI WEEKLY PAYMENTS, FOR WHICH THIS DEALERSHIP ONLY DOES BI WEEKLY AND THEY DONT INFORM YOU OF THAT AT DEALERSHIP. THEY GIVE YOU A PAYMENT DATE OF THEIR CHOICE EVEN IF ITS NOT YOUR *************** YOU THAT YOU MUST WAIT 6MTHS INTO THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR ******** DATE FROM THE ONE WHICH THE FINANCE COMPANY DESIRES YOU TO PAY!!! THE CONTRACT IS A LIE. A REP EVEN TOLD ME I WASNT THE ONLY CONSUMER THAT HAS SAID THEYRE DOING FRAUDULENT/SHADY BUSINESS, YET THEY WONT INVESTIGATE ONLY HARASS YOU FOR MONEY. THERE ARE *********** LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND VALUE YOU AS A CONSUME. NOT TO MENTION THE REPS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE & ENJOY BEING SARCASTIC. ******DONT PURCHASE*******YOUVE BEEN WARNED??????

    Worst dealership ever these people prey in individuals with credit issues you pay a huge down payment they tell you that you will be paying monthly only to find out its actually every two weeks they put your car out for repo for being less than 2 weeks past due I had a terminal parent and was out of work I asked for an ext they told me I was approved sent ne paperwork two days before Christmas I and told me I had two days to get it back to them I sent it back in one day I then called them to verify they got it and they had ,they then placed my car out for reposession, ai had to pay them money to get it out of repo status thus put me in a worse situation they later gave me a ext I asviae them that I had still not gotten back on track but was making was trying the following payment I was less than two weeks past due they put me out for repo again they then put me out for repo for being 3 days past due this is a scam they have you pay a huge down payment find reasons to repo you and gave the next person do the same thing so they do this over and over its a scam tmIm certain that they have slim to none people who they allo to pay off without hass6 these people are cut throat the customer ********************** is less than poor if you ask for a manner they push you to another rep who pretends to be a manager there is no way the scam they are pulling is legal I'm literally writing my congress *** about this scam I was honest with these people and they on a record line said they would work with me I communicated with them they never even sent correspondence to let me know the status of my account I called them at 12 days past due to make a payment and arrangements they first took my money I was at 0 days past due and need 12 days to make a double payment they refused to work with my they do this in order to repo your car we are not talking months nor even two weeks it makes it obvious they have an agenda

    Honestly, i do not know where to start. For one, my first question would be how do you go about giving a car back without being relied or taking legal action?! I've had my car 2018 ********' c300 for little over a year now. Unfortunately, this should have not been the first place to come to. Over priced? Yes considering that twice a week payments are a bit much. I am a customer that had paid on time and has had no issues until recently. Over 2 months now and my registration on my car has expired. I've reached out several people, spoke with them over ***** times trying to get my issues resolved. After finding out that after a year, i had to figure out registration on my own. I live in the ******************, which they knew and now trying to get my car registered here. It had been **** with them trying to send over the information needed to do this. Although, someone from the finance department has FINALLY helped a little, the dmv here is still not receiving anything after saying they have sent over the emails. I'm stuck with expired registration and afraid to move because I could be in even more trouble if i get pulled over. I feel that this whole situation has me so disgusted by it. I just don't even want to deal with these people anymore. Too many stories I am seeing with everyone saying the same thing.

Every state has its own registration renewal requirements, it is the customers' responsibility to learn these requirements and renew their registration accordingly in a timely fashion.
