    They have people working on vehicles that are not licensed and Ive only had the vehicle for a week and per the ******* dealership the vehicle has SIGNIFICANT problems.

    I wanted to place a review here because it is only fair to warn people about this place. If you do business treating people like trash you wont stay in business long. These are people and their hard work, their hard earned money, and this place doesnt care. They respond to the customer in a rude manner even on here. They address people rudely. Do you really want to speak your thousands of dollars at a place that treats you like trash? Of course if you had a better credit rating, you would go to **** or ************* better companies by the way. But these are single mothers, divorces, folks who dont make a lot of money and folks who need a second chance. Most of them know what its like to have an account with places like *********** where they give you an extension and treat you like a person. You get to a company like Dallas Auto for less and its like youre nothing to them. They dont care. Its a horrible experience dealing with them. This is a warning. Ive seen places like this close down. Its like doing business with ****** here. The business does not need to respond. I dont need a response from them. Everything I say is true and they know it. Look how they talk to people on here. That speaks volumes about this company. You wont have time to make a payment. Any mistake and your car is gone. No room for error. They track your every move in this car and tow it at a drop of a dime. Please get a co-signer and go to a reputable company. Its worth it. Better communication and actual extensions are out there. Here they will argue with you and go back and forth like a toddler. People have every right to voice their frustrations. Dallas Autos for less cant be lenient because they dont trust their customers. They have to tow your car immediately because if youre late they have the right and they can. All companies dont do business like that. This one does. They look at your name and argue with you on here. Please dont buy from them

    You have left a bad review on the wrong company. At DallasAutos4Less we only sell cars and help with customer repairs. We are not your finance company. We do not track vehicles, and we do not repossess vehicles. Your finance company is the company you're speaking about and therefore your review about us is slanderous. We have been in business for over 10 years helping people with bad credit/ no credit get into vehicles when no other car dealers would. Please keep in mind these loans are considered High Risk loans, so your finance company can not give you the same lattitude that a *********** or Chase can. Good luck ma'am.

    I've had my car about 3 full months now. Did not drive it for almost the full past month because it was sitting in the service department for the second time for the same issue. Timing belt/chain replacement. I purchased the parts the first time. They said it was the parts I purchased that was the issue because they didn't come from the manufacturer directly, so...why put them on there if you know this? I guess so they can charge me to fix the issue the second time around after it broke down on me completely the same day after picking it up from the fixing it the first time. I had to get it towed back to the dealership at my own expense. The entire service department is very rude and unprofessional with the exception of ******* in the office. Went to pick the car up yesterday, the tire light was on, which it was not when I dropped it off. Simply asked one of the guys if he could check the tires, he lied and said they didn't do that there. Proceeded to get another guy, who told me I need to go get a work order for them to check what could have taken 2 mins to do. when several of them were standing around doing nothing. That's just part of my experience but it's enough.

    You have had your vehicle for almost 6 months now ma'am. We have no choice but to put the parts on YOUR CAR that you want us to put on YOUR CAR. If we had told you that we will not put any Chinese parts on YOUR vehicle, then you would have sent in a bad review about that. If we give you Free Labor on on all repairs, then what do you mean, "I guess so they can charge me to fix the issue the second time around after it broke down on me".We also allowed you to do a payment plan for your repair balance.

    Run from this carlot and I highly not recommend this carlot at all. Sell cars with transmission issue, high mileage cars, seriously over priced cars and etc. Management is rude, poor communication with customers. Have to go thru bs just to get a recipient for the work the head ******* and mechanics supposedly has done. ******* is just as unprofessional and the staff. Especially when u tell him he doesn't know what he's doing. N had the nerves to throw my keys at me n try to threaten me by telling he's gonna call the police. I told him go right ahead cause I shouldn't have to continue to ask for my keys. Not only that I had continue to pay additional money for they insurance for a car that doesn't run.

    We have been in business for 10 years and this is by far one of the WORST customers we have ever had, and we have sold over ***** vehicles. Rude and disrespectful to employees, and was always several weeks past due. Not only did she buy 2 vehicles from us, she TRIED to buy a 3rd vehicle from us, even as she says we are such a bad dealership. We declined her business due to the way she acts. She put over 50k miles on her 2nd car in 2 years. Too bad we cant warn other dealers to becareful about selling her a car!!

    I purchased this car from Dallas Autos 4Less in September of 2023. Before the purchase was made, I specifically asked the sales representative if there were any known issues with this vehicle and if the car had been serviced prior to date of sale. I was told verbatim that no issues were present with the vehicle and that each car is serviced before placing for sale. I took the salesman for his word and went ahead with the purchase. Progressively, I began to notice the car was consuming numerous amounts of oil as I am having to get oil changes every 3 weeks. I called them to explain this to them and was not given any type of reputation for this. Ive taken the car to a Kia ********** to have diagnostic testing done and there are a number of things wrong with this vehicle. I have only had this car for 8 months. I work from home so I barely drive the vehicle. I have been lied to! On top of there being an Engine Recall on this vehicle! I explained this to DallasAutos4Less and they refused to do anything about it. All Im asking is for the return of this vehicle with no obligations to me because this vehicle is faulty and WELL OVER PRICED!! A 2014 ************** for $20,000 is ridiculous and its price gouging. I understand helping people but this is obscured, taking advantage of vulnerable individuals. This practice is prohibited under Section 17.46(b)(27) of the Texas ******************* Code, which is part of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. I have tried to reach out to you all. I even spoke with the Manager ***** and there was no resolution.

    No issues were present with the vehicle the day she bought it, and each car IS fully serviced before placing for it for sale. If there were known issues, why would she have purchased the car? What would be the point of us selling a car with known issues? This isn't a cash car ******ship. She does have a Free Labor Warranty with the car, so not sure why she would take it to the KIA ****** to be taken advantage of by their service ***** In the 8 months that she has had the car she has already driven almost 15k miles! *** she works from home?! Thats 1 year worth of miles in only 8 months.You can take ANY vehicle on the planet with 145k miles to ANY franchise ******ship shop and they will find things wrong with the vehicle. They are in the Service Sales business.When she purchased the vehicle there were no open recalls on the car. We provided her with documentation showing this. Recalls are fixed for free by any franchise ******ship. She paid $15,995 for the car, NOT the $20k she claims. She was not forced to buy this car. She had a choice. She chose to buy the car. This review is full of dishonesty and unrealistic claims.

    Company advertised that if you buy parts they will do repairs free of charge. Well I brought my car in with the parts from the list given to me by them and left my car to be picked up in two days. After 2 days car wasn't ready but conveniently on the day that the service department was closed I was told that I could pick up my car, when I showed up I was told that I owed over $400 for a repair that was supposed to be free. Because the part I purchased was after market and the owner authorized the mechanic to purchase the part from **** without consulting with me before doing so. So when I showed up to pick up my car they giving me the run around. I'm writing this review from the waiting room right now waiting for the owner to come explain to me why I have to pay for a decision he made without me agreeing pay for the part he authorized to be purchased

    The part your vehicle needed was dealer only. This was explained to you from the beginning. The part you brought was after market, made in ***** and would not fit. The part we ordered was $320, not $400, and was cheaper than it would have been for you if you had purchased it from the **** dealership yourself. We also returned your ******* part to you so that you could return it and get back the $170 you said you spent. So in total the part really only cost you an additional $150. There was no other way to fix your vehicle. This review is a joke sir. *** should be ashamed.

    Company is not accommodating AT ALL , all of the staff members are rude and only care about your payments being on Time mind you I had my car 5 months NEVER EVER missed a payment or paid late until the car TURBO WENT OUT took it TO them , paid **** to supposedly get the vehicle fixed its been almost 2 weeks and Im still getting the run around ?? because the wrong part came for the car BS BS BS BS why would you guys beg me to make a payment for a part you guys dont even have all the pieces for smh ******* is great but the company is Just a HUGE RED FLAG ??

    We have no customer with that name in our system so i can not look up your situation.We do require all parts over $500 to be paid in advance. Every since Covid, a lot of parts are on back order from the factory. We order parts immediately but can not control if the part is on back order. We want our customer cars fixed as badly as they do. Leaving a bad review because *********** is taking too long, knowing your part is on back order and we have no control over it is unprofessional and in bad taste.

    DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT FINANCE A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!! I I have been a good paying customer with this company for almost year. I must admit that sometimes, I pay 5 days late due to my new job and my pay periods changed. I tried to explain it to ******, but she is a snob and a complete arrogant person in general. I makeup for the late day payments with an early payment for the next car note that's due. So I pay double $686 EACH TIME!! ****** is due every 1st and 15th. So when I pay on the 5th, I pay for the 15th as well. This particular time, I ran into a financial bind and was waiting on a credit card to pay my carnote which as of today is 12 days past due. They send you text messages and say that they are here to help, but when you call them and tell them what your problem is, they say turn your car in for storage until you can come up with the money. Who does that? How can I work if my car is in your storage. I've begged them to give me a couple days and ****** tells me she is not my therapist. She is very rude. THEY ALL ARE! I absolutely HATE myself for wasting so much money on a 2013 **** Fusion with ******* miles on it and 3 very dangerous recalls on it RIGHT NOW. FINANCED AT $20,000 BUT BLUE BOOK VALUE IS $4,400 I am under bankruptcy is the reason why I chose this kind of dealership. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM!! PLEASE DO NOT!! DO NOT!! DO NOT!!!

    A. You were repossessed because after being 12 days past due, all you would say is, "I'm going to pay it". You missed multiple promise to pay dates that you agreed too.B. Your car was $15,995, not $20k, and when you bought it it only had 130k miles.C. YOU are the rude one ma'am. You constantly berate the collection staff, making physical threats and are very disrespectful to every one that you talk too. D. As for blue book value. Blue book has never bought or sold a car. Please show me where you can buy a 2013 Fusion with 135k miles for $4,400. We will buy a many as you can show us. Good luck with your next dealership..E. As for recalls, most vehicles in the US have them. We explained that they are free to get them resolved at ******** dealership. Why haven't you gotten them taken care of???

    This business is fraud tricking consumers to pay for unneeded repairs and mid Diagnoising the issue intentionally for more money. Or forcing the consumer out the car. Affecting the credit home etc. I have been without a running car for a month and still making pymts and they have my car. Someone need to stop these people

    We have been in business for over 10 years, selling over 600 vehicles per year. If we were in the business of "tricking customers" as you say, we would have been out of business a long time ago.We give our customers a Free Labor Warranty. They only pay for parts. So why would we "trick" our customers into unneeded repairs when it would just cost "US" more money? We do not charge for diagnosing. Its Free Of Charge. Why would we force our customers out of their car? I'm sorry, but your entire review makes no sense.

    I purchased a vehicle from them about 2 months ago only not to have it any more it was involved in an accident on freeway by a moving truck loosing debris the vehicle was not driveable for three weeks got approved for **** In repair but car place couldn't tell me what was fixed on it other shop it was at told me everything that needed to be done I wanted to compare it but they couldn't give that to me. I said who's to say I drive off lot and something else happens she says just bring it back guess what 3 days later I had to tow it back said it was transmission and that was a new problem but an old one I had to pay for towing and expected me to pay another **** on repair so my car stayed there I couldn't afford it ....Just upset I put all that money into it in a little time for me not to have anything

    I guess I'm confused on why you are giving us a 1 star review?

    You bought your car 5 months ago and have put 10k miles on the car in that short amount of time. You wrecked your car 3 months later. We paid for the $3k repair, only charging you your $250 CPI deductible. Not sure what you mean by "what was fixed"? The damage from the accident was fixed as you saw when you picked up your car. You returned the car 1 week later for transmission issues. The insurance company came out to look at the car and said the computer showed them that the codes for the transmission were preexisting before your accident so they would not cover your repair. Debris falling on your car would not cause your transmission to mess up. Still, we offered to split the cost of the $3k transmission, only charging you $1,500 for a new transmission. Not sure how we could have given you any better service. Sad that even though we treat people very fairly that they will still get online and slander us...

    It's funny how the shop it was towed gave me an estimate of a list that was damaged transmission being one of them I waited 3 weeks for an adjuster to go look at my car or the answer with no response from you guys until you said I was finally approved in 3000 for repair and debris did not fly onto my car it flew underneath and got stuck I was without my car for a month only to get it returned and I asked for a list of what was fixed and you guys couldn't give me anything because I was told only the manager keeps those I even sent a referral to you guys and never got anything for them going like I was told I would I told the lady at the desk when I picked up my car how do I know what was fixed on my car whose to say I'm going to drive off and something breaks on my car and then I have to bring it back and you guys say I have to pay for it and that's exactly what happened and I'm in healthcare I travel my oil changes we're done what does me having to do with driving my car in that little time as you say have to do with my accident....so are you telling me that 6 months down the road my transmission was going to go out because I hit 10000 miles is that what your saying and the referral I sent you guys there already having problems with there car as well there first 2 weeks they started having problems ...but you can't help them either because that's not how the car was when they drove off .....
