I got my car 2015 Chrysler 200 August of 2022 - Transmission issues - I drop my car off 4 weeks ago - the company does not how to communicate or do business I'm having to call them every other day and **** seems to be the only person to talk to and she really don't know what's going on. - I paid ****** for a diagnostic of the vehicle which she said would take 5-6 days which is ridiculous - They advised me of the issues which were transmission kit , oil pressure switch and thermostat - I paid ****** and some change to start the repairs on top of 2 car notes - here we are 4 weeks later ***** calls me tells me my vehicle is ready but they are going to add ******-150.00 additional to my biweekly payments. ***** told me from the beginning it would be added to the loan now all of a sudden that's something that they do not do. No to mention when she told me what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost I told her I would take it somewhere else because it was in the ball park of ******* but no she told me the car was not drivable " but I drove it there" I am beyond done with this car lot and would not recommend anyone go here. they are trash and if you have that many cars in service to be fixed that it takes 4-5 weeks to get fixed then its something wrong with the company. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR

****************, unfortunately transmission work is not performed inhouse and is sent to a transmission shop for repair. We do not have control of their work schedule or availability of parts so at times the repair process is extended. As a courtesy, Legend Motorcars will give customers the opportunity to make payments on service repairs instead of paying the full service amount at the time the vehicle is picked up from service. A deposit amount of 30% of the repairs is required for the work to start. When you paid the $574.00 deposit on December 22, 2023, the amount was applied to the total repair reducing the amount you would owe. Again, Legend does this to help you keep your vehicle. The balance of the repair amount is still due and has to be paid. Only other alternative to making payments on the repairs is to pay the amount in full when picking up your car.
