I contracted with Monster Tree Service to remove dead branches [resulting from the 2021 winter freeze], dead trees, and clean up and elevate front yard trees. This work was done 11/24/2021 [the day before Thanksgiving]. Upon review of their work, I noticed two large branches [they looked as if they were dead] and I notified Monster on 11/30/2021 of this fact. They replied that the aborist that cut the said that they were not dead. I said would watch the tree when it came out and would let them know if those two same branches did not come out. They did not, and i notified them of this. They sent someone out to look at the tree, and said that would get back to me. They got back, but wanted to charge me over $450 to remove them. I called them and told them that I was not going to pay for something that I had already paid for. They said that would look into this and get back with me. Two weeks have passed and I have not heard from them.
