This complaint is for account number XXXXX with Big T Branding. The rep, Haley J******, contacted me to ask if I would be interested in advertising on a magnet for the local college. I gave it some consideration and shared my concerns about the timeline for the delivery of the product. Haley assured me that they would likely be delivering the product by the end of this month, so on 9/9/22 over the phone we confirmed that we would move forward. I made payment over the phone but when I received the contract, I saw that the terms only guarantee that the product can take up to 90 days to be delivered, which is too long for my timeline. I called the next business day, 9/12/22, to cancel the contract and Haley told me she couldn't handle the cancellation but her manager would contact me. The manager, Joseph, called me a few minutes later and attempted to persuade me not to cancel because it "would take a while for the refund anyways". I told him I would consider their services down the road but needed to cancel this contract, since I had not signed. He said he would process the cancellation, then called me a few minutes after to say they would not cancel because he believes Haley mentioned the terms and they recorded the call. I still have not signed the contract, nor provided artwork and feel that I am well within my rights to have the full payment refunded immediately since I contacted them the very next business day to cancel. Definitely avoiding this company in the future.

In early December 2021, I received an email from ***** N. ****** a Big T. Branding sells representative, that fictitiously said she was a Student Resource coordinator acting as a liaison for the University of South Carolina. After several back-and-forth emails and a couple of phone calls, on 01/26/2022, my company entered into a contract with Big T. Branding, Inc., where they agreed to deliver fridge magnets within 90 days of signing the contract. The magnets were to contain advertisements for several local businesses, including my own company. Once the contract was signed, I send the advertisement design that Ms. ***** requested. She emailed me back as received and she would send them to the Design Team from the Art Department, and I would receive an invoice from the Accounting Department. I paid ***** ********* from Big T. Branding, Inc. 2 installments of $400.00 totaling $800.00 for the creation and delivery of the magnets. After receiving the bill receipt, I was never able to contact ***** ** ***** or ***** *********, again. After making several calls and sending emails to Big T. Branding, Inc. I came into contact with **** *********, who indicated me that I would no be able to contact any managers directly, and indicated to email Big T. Branding, Inc. at **************@bigtbranding.com To this day, 09/05/2022 we have not received the product from Big T. Branding. On June 22, 2022, we sent a written notice with the nature of the default to Big T. branding expecting a resolution to their failure in complying with the contract. The default has not been cured after 10 weeks (75 days), exceeding the 30-day resolution compliance period as per the signed contract. I sent a follow-up email requesting my money back, no response from Big T. Branding, Inc. Big T. Branding, Inc. is a scam.

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/09/20) */ Big T Branding completed and shipped the magnets out in the time frame that was promised. We have made several attempts to mail out copies to the customer but our sample magnets were returned repeatedly because this customer's company had permanently gone out of business. When you google ******** Five Points at **** ****** *** ********* ** XXXXX it shows they are permanently closed. Attached you will find a picture of the completed magnet with their Ad in the bottom right corner, I have also included the email chain showing they submitted artwork to us and Our Art Department formatted it to fit our product. I also included a scan of the UPS Tracking information showing that we shipped the magnets to the campus police department. This is a bogus attempted to get a refund because they went out of business back in March 2022. I will forward the email chain in a second email. If you need anything else from me regarding this please let me know. Thank you, "Don't have a good day, Have a great day." ****** *** Project Manager Big T Branding, Inc. 2080 North Hwy. 360 Suite 425 Grand Prairie, TX. XXXXX (XXX) XXX-XXXX Office (XXX) XXX-XXXX Fax ******@bigtbranding.com www.bigtbranding.com Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/09/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Big T Branding failed to complete the order, breaching the contract between Big T. Branding and ******** Five Points. I must emphasize that ******** Five Points' business closure is independent from Big T branding's failure to deliver the product as per contract. Magnets where NEVER delivered as stated in the contract. I repeatedly tried to reach Big T. Branding to have an update of the Magnets. After numerous attempts at contacting Big T. Branding, Big T. Branding's ***** ****** Ms. ***** impersonated a University of South Carolina representative by signing her emails as "Student Resource Coordinator" with a picture logo of the University of Carolina. She indicated me to contact Big T. Branding's Local Distribution Center at ********** ****** Co. According to Ms. ****** ********** were the "host site" (local point of contact) for the delivery of the Magnets. This contradicts her first pitch (see item No.1 below). After talking to the Cool ***** ****** Co.'s ******** he informed me that Ms. ***** had arranged to deliver the magnets to ********** Co., even though this was not agreed in the contract. ****** Co.'s manager also informed me the ****** shop would be responsible displaying the magnets at the store. The latter contrasts with Ms. ******** first pitch about the distribution of the magnets. To be precise: 1. Ms. ***** -who continuously impersonated a University of South Carolina employee since her first email- pitched the distribution of the magnets to be delivered directly to student dorms and to common areas throughout campus, and big T. Branding would be responsible for this. Ms. ***** assured me that delivery of the magnets throughout campus would be because of her unique position as a University of South Carolina employee. The contract between Big T. Branding and ******** is bogus about who the "host site" is. Project Manager Joshep *** in his response to the claim, now indicates the host site to be the Campus Police Department. He offered to provide a scan of the UPS tracking information with his response, but he did not actually provide. Mr. *** also claims that the magnets were continually returned when big T. Branding attempted to deliver them to ******** Five Point's address. Mr. ***, makes this false claim on the fact that ******** is no longer operational. However, ******** was fully operational until May 20, 2022. The contract's date is January 26, 2002, and the delivery for the magnets, as stated in the contract, should have been before April 26, 2022. This NEVER occurred. I attempted to contact Big T. Branding numerous times through email and was completely ignored. It is now that I have complained to the BBB that they answer. Big T. branding is a scam. I state firm in my request for a refund about the services that where never delivered as promised in the contract. ******** Five Points

I was approached by Amber Clark, with Big T Branding, Inc., in Grand Prairie, TX. (see attached Urgent Email) claiming that I could purchase advertising space on a magnet to be installed on every refrigerator in every dorm room on the SFASU campus. I was told, "The Magnets will be distributed by the University Police Department & Student Government Association. They will go in welcome packs to new students and to all current students. Our goal is to get a magnet all students this year . We will be placing 1 magnet on each dorm room refrigerator this year and placing them in every direction across campus. SFA has over 12,000 students currently enrolled, so you're looking at thousands and thousands of views." The ad space on the Magnets is 3" x 2". We purchased the 2-year add for $895. I was contacted by a fellow business owner who brought me a sample of the Magnet. The add space I received was slightly smaller in height than promised I contacted SFA PD to see when the Magnets were installed. They told me they know nothing about it and had no communications with anyone asking them to install Magnets. I called SFASU Resident Life and SFA Student Government Association. They know nothing of this program. I sent several emails and attempted to call Amber, but she will not respond to my emails and will not take my calls. I keep requesting resolution to my problem, but no one is willing to address the issue.

07/14/2021 Jason Rudd, Senior Project Manager, contacted me via my business Facebook and office phone about being in a Buyers and Sellers guide. He stated that they needed one more insurance agency ad for the magazine and that I was a perfect fit. He said that he would want to buy insurance from someone that looked like me and that I looked like a patriot. We discussed prices of the various sizes of ads. I told him I would go with the smaller one because it was cheaper. He then offered me to have a full page and be on the community magnet that goes out for $995.00. I called Jason back 07/15/2021 and agreed to 5 X 8 FULL Page ad on the Greater, Bexar County Plus a FREE 3.25 X 1 ad on the Comal and County Emergency Guide Magnets for the price of $995.00 and signed the agreement. He took my payment over the phone and my card was charged that day. I sent my design ideas over to their design team 08/13/2021 and they put it on file. I never got an email back with from Jason or the team, nor did I get and example or the buyers and sellers guide/community magnet in the mail. I tried to reach out to Jason about when this guide/magnet and no response. Very quick to take my money and then not respond or send me the products they told me I would be getting. Per contract "If Big T Branding, Inc. Defaults & Fails to deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe and manner provided for herein, the advertiser is entitled to a full refund." Acct # XXXXX
