  We initially filed a ticket in August of 2023 informing the maintenance that we had mold coming out of the sides of our vents. They came out and inspected the mold and ruled it dust.Here we are 2 months later to only find there is more mold growing on our clothes, shoes, baby swing, and vents! I have a two year old daughter this is an unsafe and unhealthy environment for her or any of us to live in let alone breathe in this toxic conditions. We filed a second ticket for maintenance to come inspect the mold to only then be insulted and be told it was dust. We were informed that since it was hot this summer the ac was blowing dust into the vents and with the ac it cause condensation in the closet in which we all know condensation in dark places and humidity caues.. MOLD!!! we were told that this was dust not mold they did not take the time to come back or even send anyone with that specify expertise to come and inspect the actual vents and the clothing or furniture. The property manager informed me that the mold was not the harmful mold and that they had seen similar in other apartments which is how they ruled it as dust not mold. Attached below are pictures of the articles of clothing, baby furniture and vents with all indeed Mold on them. Something has to be done this is not safe at all and very inconsiderate!!

  Hello, 

  We were able to do repairs and clean out AC duct while resident resided in the apartment. We also let the resident out of his lease. We are still working on the final account statement.

  I am rejecting this response because:  I have yet to receive compensation for the 3 bags of clothing and personal items that were ruined due to the mold and mildew. Due to the businesses neglect, I reported the issue of potential mold on 8/16/2023 to the complex. They still havent fixed the problem in that unit, per their mold contractor all they did was paint over the areas I have photos and videos of this as well. Listed above are a few of my items
