Absolute garbage. You get what you pay for, thats for sure. It broke after 1 day of use, thats when I discovered most of the couch it made from particle board. We spent more than an hour on the phone with Ashley who kept giving us the run around until we had to threaten to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. This is the 3rd terrible experience weve had with Ashley. I guess ** finally learning my *******Review from Pamela P

I had an issue with them earlier this year and cancelled my order. Then since they wouldnt close the card they tricked me into signing up for, I decided might as well use it. So I got a bed frame and cube organizer for my daughter. My address and unit are clearly marked on the order however they delivered to another unit and just left it out in the driveway in the open. No one called me to let me know they were delivering I never received a confirmation that they were delivering. The only reason I found the packages were because I was leaving my home. And the unit they left it at the people had moved out weeks ago. The boxes were damaged. I reached out via chat and the agent was unhelpful and then instead of telling me he was going to transfer me or disconnect he just did so and the next agent was still unhelpful with only apologies and reviewing my messages and basically saying they had a technical issue which is why I was transferred. This has been a horrible experience again. ****** learned will not be buying from Ashleys ever again.Review from Sarah H

I ordered end tables at Ashley Furniture in ************** and waited ALL DAY long for the delivery truck to come. They will make you wait till the end of the day the delay is hours and hours so if they say they will be there 11:00 am youll get it at 6:00 pm. So your precious day is WASTED on waiting for delivery truck to come to your home. Youre like begging on the phone for at a time frame on where theyre at and oh they have 10 more to go. So unreliable no regards of the customers!Review from Barbara H

B H Ashley Furniture Home store has the worst customer service I have ever experience in my entire life. I have tried for a whole week to contact some one requesting my billing statement. I mailed my payment on July 3, 2024 . Walked it in the ******************* My payment wasn't due until July 20, 2024. The payment wasn't processed until July 24, 2024. I was charged a ***** fee charge.I tried to call ******* Ashley Home Store . All I got was automatic line no one never answer the phone. This happen a entire week. I went to local store *********************** **********, ************ . No one @ the local store could assist me. A gentleman provided me he same I had been calling. This ridiculous when you can't get customer service from a business that purchase.Review from Deanna W

I received a badly defective dinette set, notified them of the defect in the same day it was delivered and they refused to honor a return. The technician they sent out said he saw it and it was not fixable , yet, I was denied a refund or exchange because they said it was up to their standards. Horrible cheap c*** and the worst customer service ever and they are in breach of their return agreement. Taking legal action next.Ashley HomeStore Response

On June 25, we ordered couch from Ashley furniture. An associate designed the dimensions and assured us it would fit our space. The delivered couch was missing legs. The warehouse made a mistake and promised they would come back to assemble the couch legs that day. They also said I needed to sign the form for the driver to leave my home. I signed and didnt want strangers in my home. The warehouse did not come that day, requiring an additional call. It took 10 days for the legs to arrive, leaving a section of the couch flipped upside down in my house for that time. After the legs were delivered and assembly, it was clear that the couch was not designed properly, (too narrow to be functional). We called Ashley again to request a replacement, asking to simply swap pieces of couch for a different one that would fit better due to the Ashley associate's mistake. They shared that we would hear back within two business days, We never heard back requiring us to drive to the Ashley store. The store manager acknowledged the service failures and submitted a replacement request. The manager said replacements are not guaranteed (even in the case of egregious service failures) and could take up to 6 months.Days after speaking with the manager, I received a text from Ashley requesting to come to our house. I called the Ashley store, and found out this was not for my replacement request, rather a repair request to assemble the legs.. which was already completed.I shared this mistake with the store manager. She asked that I continue to wait. Days later, I received a second text asking to come into my home. again Ashley support said that my replacement request was denied, but they could still come back to assemble my legs. Ashley furniture had messed up every service request. I will never order from Ashley furniture again. This is an incompetent and unethical organization that only cares about taking people's money without fulfilling service requirements.Ashley HomeStore Response

I dont recommend Ashleys furniture to anyone .. their costumer service is horrible and extremely rude .. I bought a six piece sectional, received only four pieces on July 16/2024.. and after weeks of negotiating with different representatives and a supervisor I think! They attempted to deliver the wrong item for the second time today. Im upset that I had to miss work again for this . Oh and dont fall for any of their warranty offers its a scam.Ashley HomeStore Response

Order a couch with a 2 week later delivery date. I took off work to be home to sign for and and 3 hours before it was to be delivered, they call and say the manufacturer no longer makes it and it's not coming. WTF!!! I put a whole new living room together around this couch and now they won't allow me to return any of the other items. TERRIBLE WORK ETHICS! I have an ASHLEY credit card and will NEVER purchase any item from ASHLEY Furniture ever again.Ashley HomeStore Response

Purchased a Dresser on Line. Upon opening the Box, One Piece was cracked. Local Store referred Me to the Corporate 800 Number. I inquired about a Refund. I was told We passed the 72 Hour Window and Ashley could not offer a Refund. As Big of a Business Ashley is I would think they would make the effort to make things right for the Customer.
