    Ashley in ********** has a sales *** that is extremely rude, I have bought quite a few things from them, went back to buy a couch, the sales *** is one i had several years ago. as she proceeded to help me I remembered she was the one from years ago that helped me , needless to say her attitude hasn't changed. very rude, I don't know how she still has a job

    My husband and I purchased the Caitbrook storage bed from Ashley furniture in May 2025. This bed is such poor quality. I contacted the store and let them know that the bed didn't seem stable. They sent out service techs on 3 separate occasions. No help whatsoever. The customer service department and this store has no concern for customers. I will never recommend or buy from this company again.

    I visited Ashley Furniture on 5/26/2025 looking for a low profile wooden bed with firm mattress. The sales person there showed me what they have in store and unfortunately those didn't match with what I have in my mind. I liked one of the firm mattress there but it was too thick. The sales person told me that he can get me a wooden low profile wooden bed frame and the mattress I liked can be squeezed in the frame so I can get a low profile bed. I believed him and ordered the wooden frame and thick mattress. But when assembled the mattress was lying only on top of the bed, and was not able to squeeze into the frame at all. And now instead of a low profile bed we have to use this high up bed. I went to store and spoke with the person who sold me this product. he admitted his mistake and told me to call the customer care service. He told me that I will be able to return it as it was before 72 hours and he will try to help me from his side too. But when I called customer service, they told me that i cannot return the product as I accepted the shipping. I texted the sales person in the store but till today I didn't get ant response from him. I am really disappointed with this purchase and the way they treated me.
