This company is 100% a scam. Gave them 40k original investment. They have made us nothing and have now cut all communication. The contract promised a buy back option possible this month but with no way to communicate we will most likely no be able to receive our original investment back. You can watch the co-owner **** travel the world with the money he steals from clients on instagram. 100% a scam. Do not trust this company.

May 11, 2022 I signed an agreement with Ascend Ecom LLC, ***************, Co-Founder & authorized representative and agent for service of process. to run a e-commerce store and I gave them 40K to start selling on amazon. after two years of putting me in debt and not responding to many many tries of my emails to exercise a buy back option. I have failed again and again to get in contact and I don't know what to do. I have also been forced to sign up to a Finical Relief program because they put me in so much debt and I gave them all my saving in goof faith of doing business. I spoke to an attorney and they suggested: "with the volume of complaints against the company, there may be a criminal investigation. I suggest contacting the *** and making a complaint, letting them know that there are a lot of victims"

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Please do not believe their lies.

I spent 30k with Ascend Ecom in January 2022. 20k for ***************** Services. 10k for ******* Automation Services.They got my Amazon account suspended after the first 12 months with them. During the initial 12 months, they only did about 1.2k revenue per month...which is insanely low for a company who promotes these services. Profit us under 2k total. Now, after 24 months of being with them, 12 months of having a suspended store, they refuse to communicate with me. I only deal with their foreign VA's that are terrible with communication in a Slack channel.Their contract states that after 24 months if the client hasn't made back their original investment in profit, they will refund the difference. Instead, as you can see by the other BBB reviews, they simply ghost the clients hoping they don't have to pay anyone back.I'll be pursuing litigation to ensure I'm able to recoup funds for this disastrous "automation service". Steer clear from Ascend Ecom.

************ is a total SCAM. Do NOT give them any of your money. They took $45,000 dollars from me and never made me one *****. They only communicate via offshore chat groups. They promise a specific return months 1-12, ***** etc which is total lies. They are in charge of the so called "amazon store" and when it gets shut down they claim no responsibility which voids the "money back guarantee.' ************ is a complete SCAM.

This company is a straight up scam. They are operating out of similar names in multiple states all with the intent to extract 50k from you then drag you along for 6 months before they completely cut off all ocmmunications. *************** is the head scammer. You have been warned.

Don't trust this company they will take your money and not do anything but make false promises and then go dark. I have 36K with them and its been almost 2 years with nothing in return.

We signed up with Ascend Ecom in September 2022. Since then we have had 1 product sold 1 time totally less than $200 profit. All communication was via slack and lackluster at best but has since moved to email. We made a $40,000 upfront investment for a 70/30 split. The communication is poor, the follow up is poor, our store being successful has been poor. If you can help yourself, do significant research before signing up with this company. I cant speak for others but I can speak for myself and my personal experience. I wish we hadnt. We spent entirely too much money with them up front to not be successful and to have had the experience weve had. Im sure they may be better options out there. Please keep looking.

I started with Ascend about 18 months ago with a ******* store, and Amazon store and private label products. Not only have I not made any money, but Ascend has lost over $20,000 in inventory. They have made moves to replenish the inventory, but it's been a year and I'm still not fully replenished.Beyond their poor store management skills, they leave out a lot of expenses when they perform the monthly profit share calculations. For example:* They routinely offer refunds for items for "Lost in Transit" or "Lost after Shipment". These should be counted as a loss in the monthly transactions. Instead, Ascend simply removes these rows to hide the loss. This resulted in over $7000 in losses that were never accounted for.* Starting in Sept 2023, they started including cancelled and returned items in the profit share (as if the item was purchased).* When items are physically returned, they seemingly disappear. Given the ****** I had in returns form Aug to Dec, I should have a stockpile of inventory. I don't. I can't even get an inventory report from Ascend. * They performed 2 inventory audits in 2022 and they were filled with gaping errors.Do not do business with this company. They have created other sub-companies. Do your homework. Anything that is managed be "Ascend" anything or "Ae"-Anything, avoid.
