      I purchased a tu from Safety Tubs before they were acquired by American Standard and it is leaking from the door as well as has hose attachments that have snapped off. The main problem is plumbers I have contacted have no idea how to fix these issues. I will contact American Standard andsee what they say. I will update review later if they are helpfull.

      During my research on the tub, I encountered many brand names, and even was bombarded with literature by one particular company. Thankfully, I found an independent plumber review on ******* for that tub. I went with American Standard because it is an historical name. My tub is built like a tank, and will maintain its value in the reselling of my home--hopefully many years from now.

      American standard took $21,000 from my elderly parents with the beginnings of alzheimer's, installed the walk in tub Feb. 6, 2025. It is now March 6th and they are not able to fill their tub with hot water and take a BATH! **************** is NOT helpful nor compassionate. They just read from a script and do not help with your issues with their tub. 30 days now without my elderly parents taking a bath!!! This is Elderly abuse. We are seeking legal counsel.

      Our customer service team is dedicated to providing warranty support and is working to address any and all product or installation related issues. We have a service request open to address the balance of hot and cold water because there is too much hot water at the tub. A manager will be assigned to follow up, to assure we have properly understood the issue and are responding correctly.
