      I PURCHASED A KUBOTA Z422 ZERO TURN. I HAVE 50 HOURS ON IT AND HAVE ALREADY 4 ISSUES WITH IT. DAY ONE THE DRIVE BELT BROKE ON THE SECOND YARD I CUT. HAD TO REPLACE ON MY CUSTOMERS LAWN, AS IT WOULDNT MOVE. LAST WEEK I HAD TO PULL THE ***** WHEEL OFF AND BRING BACK TO THE DEALER, THE WHEEEL BEARINGS DISINTEGATED. IT TOOK THE DEALER A WEEK TO GET THE PARTS. I NOW HAVE TO BRING IT BACK, YET AGAIN, THE IGNITION IS GOING BAD, I HAVE TO KEEP JOGGING THE KEY. THE FOURTH ISSUE, THE **** BLOWS AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF DEBRIS. CLOUDS OF DEBRIS. I BOUGHT A ***** BLOCKER, AS I AM AFRAID TO GET TO CLOSE TO CUSTOMERS CARS. THE ***** BLOCKER JUST SENDS THE DEBRIS STRAIGHT UP IN YOUR FACE AND EYES. IVE HAD A NUMBER OF EMAILS BACK AND FOURTH WITH KUBOTA AND THE DEALER. THE ONLY SOLUTION OFFERED WAS FOR ME TO SPEND MORE MONEY WITH THEM AND BUY A BAGGER. BAG EVERY YARS I CUT, BECAUSE OF A BAD **** DESIGN? KUBOTA AND THE DEALER OFFERED ZERO IN THE WAY OF SOLUTIONS.

      I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with your mower, but it's our understanding that you have not brought the whole machine to the dealership for an inspection.  We are unable to speculate on what may have caused the issues you described, but we would suggest that you allow your dealership to inspect your machine to ensure it's operating as designed.  If you would like to let us know when the machine will be at the dealership, we can ask our regional representative touch base with the dealership.  If you would like to discuss the situation with us further, you're welcome to contact us at ************.  Your case number is ********.

      Kubota tractors are unreliable and stay in the shop more than at home. The customer service is unless after you buy it they act like you are a number and that's it. I would buy a **** Deere instead. If I could sell it back, I would but would lose money on this junk and buy a **************.

      Have a bx2680 I bought from a dealer by my house have had it a year made my payments an everything I had some problems where my bank card got hacked about the time my payment was due my card was deactivated from the bank they sent me a new card I get on to pay my bill an it says contact kubota immediately about your payment I thought ok I have the money I call them they tell me I'm 57 days late I said here can I bring it current they had enough gull to tell me no it has been turned over to collections totally blind sided to a already bad day the guy was rude an snickered when I asked him why I couldn't bring my account current I mean it was a month an a half an I never missed a payment on top of that never will I ever buy another orange tractor they really upset me here better yet never finance through them they don't care

      I have purchased a Kabota, lawnmower and trailer and also a second lawnmower. They have turned my accounts over to Avante USA. The reason my account has fallen behind is because I was in the hospital due to a pretty serious illness and also injury Avante USA is wanting the full ******* well theyll be here Monday to pick up my equipment which is I think this is pretty unreasonable due to the situation. *** contacted ****** to try try to sort something out to get this past due balance squared away Im willing to pay the past due but its either pay whatever Avante USA their collection agency asking or pay for medical treatment for myself as well. In addition, paying for the equipment that is not an issue I preferred to try to work something up because ****** has been pretty lenient with me and I feel like this could be resolved with a little communication from upper management.

      I had an incident and needed a new cab on my skid steer. I have kubota insurance and my dealer was awesome. They told me they didnt know when I would receive a cab. 3 months and still have no cab. Call the dealer and they said they have tried to get an answer but nothing. I call customer support and get told there is nothing they can do and sorry about my luck. So after buying a brand new skid steer, paying extra for kubota insurance, you get told your business is not important to us and we could care less about you. I cant sell the piece of junk. I cant trade it in and get a new one because with the damaged cab. So I guess only option is to not make payments on it, let them take it back and let someone else deal with it.

      I apologize for the delay in getting the needed cab to repair your SVL75-2.  I do see that your dealership has an ongoing support case with Kubota's parts team.  The most current ETA that we have has the cab arriving in mid to late April.  That is subject to change in either direction.

      I do see that you submitted a case to Kubota's Customer Satisfaction team on 3/5.  We will respond to you there as well.  If you have additional concerns, please let us know inside that case.

      I used Kubota credit to buy a new tractor. It was a 60 month loan. The last and final payment was much less than my regular monthly payment. I pay online every month but it would not let me make the balance due payment, only the regular payment which was around ****** more than the balance. After sending 3 separate emails to customer service I decided to make the 30 minute phone call. Only to get an agent that did not try to correct the issue. This was the reason I did not want to over pay them to begin with. It's a shame that a customer made 60 payments on time and then gets shunned by the company. I love my Kubota equipment but their customer service is nothing short of pathetic.

      We recently purchased an RTV-X1140 utility vehicle. We've had a few issues with unit and have tried working with the dealer we purchased it from after contacting Kubota directly. Kubota's initial response regarding the performance issues was laughable...not our problem...contact the dealer. They took no responsibility. Basically, if you expect this vehicle to go up a hill think again. Even after installing the recommended "work around" of a hand throttle control it still struggles. Ridiculous that Kubota advertises this is as a working vehicle on a ranch...will work great if your ranch is flat. Also, the shifting is difficult at best. Kubota has known of this issue for years and even published a bulletin on how to "work around" this issue as well. The work around works sometimes but for one of the operators in their 80's its next to impossible. That operator basically wants to push this as he calls it "POS" off a cliff. Too bad as the form of this unit is excellent and the convertibility from four to two seats is great as well. Live and learn I guess.

      I had my tractor repaired at Kubota of ******. They made a mistake but tried placing the blame on me. After an extensive transmission repair the tractor failed within an hour of use. When the tractor was returned, they drained the oil then claimed brass filings were found indicating I wore out the clutch pack. I also found several loose and missing bolts, loose linkage and misadjusted linkage. The tractor was taken to their parent facility in Springdale. They found a silicon blob from sealant clogged the relief valve. They also told me the clutch pack was steel not brass. Still after Springdale repaired the tractor a U Joint fell off. Again, they claim it was my fault not theirs. I have plenty of photos, videos and email correspondence to back up my story. Limits on characters used in a review prevent me from sharing the entire story. If you look out there, I assure you the entire story is posted in several places and soon to be detailed on ******* as well. In the I have had to repair my own tractor after 2 dealers failed to return my tractor in a factory condition minus wear. It is shameful a business would operate with such apathy and lack of concern. It used to be a mechanics work was a representation of the dealer and the corporation. Not anymore.Do not buy from Springdale Tractor Group or you may face the same. It has taken me several weeks to get everything back to the way it was built, I still am finding parts and fittings related to the work in unsatisfactory condition. At my age I should not have to rework a warranty or insurance repair.

      I bought a Kubota baler have had it for 2 ******* now still has warranty the piece of equipment is not holding up. Kubota dealers cant get parts cant figure out what the problem is wont get it fixed in a timely manner no service at all now am forced to go out and buy a different brand just to get my ****** jobs done and my own ****** done so I dont have to buy feed on top of that for my livestock would never recommend anyone buying
