              I had the Sona membership which I paid $249 a month for years. All ***** offices have suddenly closed a few months ago without warning. I am now unable to receive services that were previously paid for. I have been trying to contact them and keep being told all memberships are being reviewed for refunds. This has been the comment from them since October 2023. I then was offered free skin products for compensation. Then offered a refund of $179.00. This is totally unacceptable and I am seeking full membership refund.

              I bought three packages 5.23.23 and was only able to use one and a half of these. Right in the middle of my treatment the company closed and now they owe me $1,700. I have tried several times to call to get some kind of resolution. Was told they were working on it and now no response. I would like to have my money back. Today's day is June 21, 2024.
