      I tried many times to call them to schedule for ***** as I still have 14 unit there that I bought since summer 2023. It has been a year and a half and I still can't reach them to get my refunds for the 14 units. My money is stuck at Sona Dermatologist as they're out of business and have no plans for undone services! I can't schedule service, can't get refunds! What kind of business is this?!

      I bought three packages 5.23.23 and was only able to use one and a half of these. Right in the middle of my treatment the company closed and now they owe me $1,700. I have tried several times to call to get some kind of resolution. Was told they were working on it and now no response. I would like to have my money back. Today's day is June 21, 2024.

      I have the monthly membership, been paying on it for years. Went to schedule an appointment and all offices here in ***** are closed . No refunds yet issued and very hard to contact someone. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I am hoping **** is aware of all the disgusted clients they have and do what is right.

      I pre- purchased a facial peel package from them for 3 treatments. I received only 1 treatment, and tried to schedule my second appointment, and the place is now closed. The remainder of my money was never refunded, and I never got any correspondence from this business that they were closing. I've tried calling the number to the business, but an answering machine picks up, and nobody has called me to explain what is going on.
