    Hello, I placed an order which I did not receive, order #*****. The package had been misdelivered to a different apartment. Luckily the package was eventually brought to me, but it had been opened. I contacted the merchant immediately as I was not comfortable in keeping the package any longer. It took some time for them to respond and once they did, I was told by ****************** that I would be able to return it. However, I would be charged a restock fee and the return fee would be at my expense. I felt that was unfair as this was not my error and as a first-time customer felt the company should have taken better initiative in making this disappointing experience right. I replied advising just that and requesting they make some sort of exception due to the circumstances. ******* proceeded to reply stating now I could no longer return it as that was their policy. HORRIBLE customer service! HORRIBLE experience. At this point, its not so much about the money but about the principal. This company has ZERO customer service ethics. I would like to return this order and receive a refund and never do business with the company again!

    We are sorry about this situation. However, we have a strict Policy for returns & refunds. We only accept returns for "unopened" items. This means we do not accept returns if the outer packaging or box has been opened, no matter of circumstances.

    Since we make samples individually to order and decanted samples can not be returned to their original bottles due to hygiene concerns, therefore we don't accept returns and do not offer refunds. All sales are final. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

    All information is clearly stated on our website and when a customer places an order they accept our Terms and Conditions.

    I am rejecting this response because: it's poor customer service. This was not my mistake and should not be held responsible despite policies. It's a health hazardous situation for me as a consumer to keep an order that has been tampered with.

    False advertising. The company claims to use real perfume and re-bottle it into sample sizes but the perfume I received was nothing like the actual perfume.

    We are sorry to see this false complaint. Please, note all we sell is 100% authentic and it can't even be a topic of discussion. If you doubt, do not buy, PLEASE! We do not play games here. Each sample is decanted to the order from the original bottle only. We offered a full refund to the customer, but she refused to return the product back as there is no problem with the product. It is sad to see how BBB platform is being used by scammers for leaving false reviews, but there is nothing we can do about it as the more sales the more haters and scammers.

    I am rejecting this response because they neglected to mention that they told me I had to remove my complaint with you BEFORE they would refund the money.  Once they received the item back and the complaint was removed, only then would they refund the money.  This is bribery.

    I am not a scammer (what do I have to gain?).  I've already paid $40 for the perfume which is worthless to me since it is NOT the same perfume I ordered.  I am trying to warn others to be careful of ordering from them because their refund policy is "no returns" and the product I received was not authentic.  I even suggested that their supposed "authentic" bottle of perfume may have gone bad but they insisted it was fine and tried to blame the whole incident on my being a scammer.

    Sure we wanted the customer to remove her fake reviews because it's not true and because they hurt our reputation. Who doesn't want that? She left false reviews during ***** minutes as she emailed us and even boasted "Just filed a report with the BBB. This is only the beginning..." Then left a False review on ********* People with good intentions never do that. The purpose of the customer was to leave fake reviews and she did it. So she did not care about the response and rejected returning the product. Considering how professionally she organized all this, she is not just a scammer, she is a scammer with experience. Please, note we guarantee the authenticity of our products and do not make concessions to scammers despite false reviews.

    I ordered 3 decants of perfumes (i.e. perfume samples):1. ************ 1 ML Sample **** 2. Tihota 2 *************** Spray ***** 3. Angels' Share 2 *************** Spray. ***** #1 ************ had no fragrance beyond an initial alcohol odor. #2 Tihota had a very slight, barely perceptible fragrance. #3 Angels' Share was not the correct scent and mostly alcohol. None of these were the original and actual perfume in original strength.

    Hi,
    Please, be advised that all we sell is 100% authentic. It is ridiculous to see how someone want to hurt our reputation by leaving absolutely false review. We have been selling niche perfume samples & decants for years and all samples and decants are decanted from the original bottles only. Let us know if you need, we can send you pictures of our original bottles or samples to check them at any store where they are officially sold. We guarantee the authenticity of our fragrances, but we can't guarantee that you would love them. The tastes are different. The perfume is subjective. The longevity and odor of fragrances depending on the skin type and body chemistry. If you don't like how a fragrance smells on you it doesn't mean something wrong with that fragrance.

    We sent the return shipping label to the customer to check if there is a problem with the samples. Once we get them, we will check them and refund her if there is a problem with the samples. But as I mentioned above the samples are 100% authentic and they are what they are. We don't produce fragrances and sell exactly what buy from authorized dealers.

    The first time she has written us Saturday on July 23, 2022, at 7:09 AM and after a few hours later at 11:26 AM she sent us 2nd email where she already informed us that she filed 2 complaints related the order. Our office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays but despite of this we always try to check our emails and be responsive even non-working day. As you already understand we answered her email the same day Saturday on July 23, 2022, at 11:45 AM after 19 minutes after her 2nd email. But it was late for us because she already filed complained. This shows that she even didn't care about our respond and purposely wanted to hurt our reputation by leaving negative review and those emails were just for averting eyes. We understand that she just wanted to filed complaints, what she did.Unfortunately, no one protects us, businesses from such kind of false reviews.We even tried to talk with her by phone and we were very polite and professional with her, but unfortunately it was impossible to talk with her because of her emotions. She just hung the phone up to us.  It is really sad.
