Rip off!!! Do not recommend customer service failed to deliver the correct item that I paid for, then lied and said they sent a email. After speaking through email she says my order hasnt shipped, then sends me another email saying order was already shipped. Nothing but lies!! This explains why they dont have a phone number and only communicate through email, not allowing reviews for their products.Fragrances Line

Due to the customer used someone else credit card, we sent multiple order confirmation request emails to the customer, but because did not receive a response on time we were unable to process the order within the standard timeframe for security reasons. We provided proof of those emails to the customer.
Since the customer used someone else credit card because the customer did not respond to the email on time, and despite that was trying to blame us for dishonesty, insulted, and swore us, the order was canceled and fully refunded. We have the right to process an order or cancel an order because of security threats. As a company committed to both customer protection and transaction security, we have canceled the order and issued a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For future purchases, please kindly note that orders must be placed using the customer's own credit card or PayPal account. We are committed to providing a secure and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. This is a vital measure to ensure the safety and transparency of all transactions. I ordered a bunch of 1 ml sample vials and in return I got a bunch of samples somewhere around .5 ml each. Competitors price at the same for actual 1 ml and 1.5 ml samples. Wont be purchasing here again, gave them a side by side picture between an actual 1.5 ************* and their sample inside of the same vial and showed that it was less than half of the amount that it shouldve been. Asked for a partial refund and they offered me a generic discount code for future purchases that I will never use again. Thanks for your terrible service.Fragrances Line

In the first email, a customer stated that samples were less than 1.5 ml and provided a comparison between his 1.5 ml, 2 ml samples, and our 1 ml Samples, but after our response where we proved that he bought 1 ml Samples, not 1.5 ml or 2 ml, he admitted "thats a good point that slipped his mind...." then he changed his opinion and started to declare what he left in review.......................
All samples that customer received are 1 ml Samples, not 1.5 ml as he stated in the first email. There is the order history where it is clearly stated. Since he ordered 1 ml Samples, they are certainly less than 1.5 ml and it is not right to compare them with 1.5 ml and 2 ml samples. We sent all information about the our 1 ml samples to the customer, their description, dimensions, store link, etc. Our customers know that we do our best to serve them deservedly, but never negotiate with scammers even if they can leave negative review as this customer did.

5 starsMy second order arrived yesterday and I just have to say; Fragrancesline is offering the best product in the market for decants. The packaging is lovely, the shipping is lightning fast, the customer service is top notch above and beyond, and I was not even prepared for the **** quality of the 5 & 10 ml atomizers. Even the 1ml samples are nicely labeled glass vials. Im just so pleased all around. I highly recommend them.Review fromDave C

Fragrances Line has a large selection of perfumes, and their pricing is great.But there's a reason why they have such a low BBB score -- their customer service is extremely poor, and if something goes wrong, they won't help you.I placed an order around Christmas, and it was supposed to be delivered on 12/29. The package was marked delivered, but it never reached me. I immediately reached out to ***** who confirmed that the package was marked delivered and that it pinged in the region of my building. But she said since I didn't get it, I should consider the package lost and resolve the issue with the vendor. I reached out to Fragrance Line and heard nothing back for a week. I followed up with them to ask for a replacement (not even a refund), and they curtly told me that the package was marked Delivered, so I would need to go through PayPal for a refund.I did as they said and went through PayPal, but instead of issuing the refund, they told PayPal that the package was delivered and to disregard my claim. PayPal consequently closed my case. I'm going to keep working on getting a refund because this is so wrong and unfair, but I wanted to provide this notice to prospective customers to let them know to be careful about shopping with Fragrance Line. Their customer service is non-existent, so if anything happens with the delivery, you are totally on your own. If you still choose to order with them, please use **** Priority, which is insured. Do NOT use First Class, like I did! At least with Priority, you can file a claim with **** and have more support. Or use a PO Box or another shipping method where you can hold the package for pickup from a physical location, like ****** All that said, I won't be shopping with them again and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Be very careful, or better yet, go with another vendor who cares about their customers! They are more expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for!Fragrances Line

The customer was trying to get a refund for the package which was delivered. But when he could not reach their goal, decided to leave a negative review. The package was delivered to the customer's address on December 29, 2022. This is the **** tracking number **********************. Yes, Pay Pal resolved the case in our favor, because the package is delivered and because Pay Pal works with the tracking numbers as we are. The reason why we have such a score on BBB is because we are not a **************************** for scammers and haters. When they can not reach their goals, they just share negative reviews out of anger to damage the reputation of a store without thinking about the consequences because their action remains unpunished. We have amazing customer service, but not for scammers and haters. Unfortunately, the more success, the more haters and scammers. We understand that everything can happen, and always work with our customers and do our best to resolve any issue. However, we have big experience and can easily discover fraud.Chi-Chi O

I hope that this response makes it abundantly clear to everyone exactly what kind of amateur outfit this company is. This is a public forum, and they are posting information that could lead a complete stranger to my address. I assume BBB will redact it, but wow. How low can you go? I told the truth of my experience with them and offered constructive advice to the public, and the only response they could muster was to bizarrely try to assassinate my character and doxx me. First, **** loses packages all the time. I think everyone has had that happen to them, especially around the holidays.Second, I didnt receive the package. Thats all there is to it, and I will be getting my money back. Im an honest young woman who works hard for everything I have. My only crime was wanting to treat myself to some new perfumes in 2023, and trusting Fragrances Line, I guess. I have no reason whatsoever to scam anybody anywhere out of anything, let alone something as ***** as perfume samples. That's utterly ridiculous, and its honestly a joke. But it's okay that I'm going through this if it means that someone else won't have to.So please everyone, the truth is in front of your eyes. Think carefully before giving this company your money.They treat customers with contempt and have no care or concern.This is who they are and how they think. You should not trust people like this with your money, and I wish that someone would have warned me. I mean wow. Truly one of the most immature and unprofessional showings Ive seen from a company in a very long time. For future reference, Fragrances Line, heres what you should have said:Its unfortunate that this customer had a negative experience with our service, however, we must stand behind our policy. If a package is marked Delivered by the courier, we do not offer refunds or replacements. Although we offer First Class shipping through ****, we encourage customers to use Priority shipping, so they can enjoy the benefits of insured delivery, in the event of any mishaps.
