All of my reviews are honest and without damnation . I have to review this carlot due to a bad experience, in the beginning everything was fine thats always the case when your trying to sell and make money - the sale was fast and easy but most things that come fast and easy dont always last- I want to start off by saying that GOD always has a way out of no way when you think you have no options, be wise and diligent when looking for a vehicle. My **** Q5 -VIN *****************- please see attached photo, this vehicle has been stolen, or reported in an accident so this vehicle is not able to be insured with a few insurance companies , ********************* advised me that the monthly payment would be $738. I spoke with the office about this and was advised that someone would reach back out to me instead they repo the vehicle without following back up to give me an update outside of being late $250 for 1 payment which I told them everything will be taken care of this Friday .Who is going to pay that ? NOT ME ! I advised the carlot of that spoke to **** and let them know this twice and even asked to be switched to a different vehicle , I was told someone would get back with me only to have the vehicle repossessed. The good thing about GOD is that he will handle this and credit is not an issue because it can always be fixed . These one off Car lots that are not the real deal -Go to a real carlot they will not play games with you but buy here pay here will leave you in bad predicaments. I will be reporting this company to the BBB- do not purchase the **** Q5 ***************** as I also have to put oil in every 10 days because there is an oil leak in the vehicle as well. Professionalism goes a long way, its already hard living in ******* and to have a business with even the slightest amount of dishonesty is truly a bad deal. In events of despair, or when you feel your at your wits end please rethink your decisions when purchasing a vehicle.
