Cen-*** Aerobic Maintenance Provider; ***************************** had my Contract for 1 year. I received a total of 2 visits; Initially signing of the Contract and when the Contract was time for Renewal. I called several times in one day indicating the Air Compressor was not working and I needed someone to come out to assess what was going on; ******************** showed up the next day, I explained to him that the House had received several surges and I did not know if the Aerobic System had been affected. He started to open everything up and indicated, I can Rebuild the Motor for ****** or put in a new one for ******; I asked him what the difference was mechanically between Rebuilding the Motor and putting in a ********* he said, "Not Much" I selected to Rebuild the Motor not being familiar with the Aerobic System being Active Duty now Retired, I was learning.******************** preceded to sweep the component out and disconnect key components and connect them back; this was the extent of him Rebuilding the Motor. A new Air Compressor was put on this Aerobic System 1 year and 5 months prior to this visit. Only requirement needed was Maintenance which he had failed to do for 1 year, therefore he charged ****** for Repair and Testing; less than 1 month later he sent a new Contract for Renewal with the Fee amount attached. Are there No Regulations? Can Aerobic Maintenance Providers charge what they want? This is Morally wrong, be careful.

I will start with saying this company is HORRIBLE. I purchased my home on July 12, 2020 I was informed by the previous owners that the septic will be serviced quarterly. The last inspection date was July 2020, I called in May of 2020 because I hadn't seen anyone in 10 months, ****** shows up in June 3wks after I called, informs me that he had to let guys go cuz they were pencil whipping our neighborhood. My septic had every alarm light illuminated. He informs me that the aeriator is bad $1,656.00. He brings the aerator drops it off because it's raining. Come back 1wk later to install. Next check happens in Sep 2021 again all alarm lights are on. Everything is in great shape according to the kids he sent but the ***** light was on when he left, I do have pics and proof of all this. I then call on Feb 10, 2022 because we haven't seen him in 6 months the inform me they are 1wk out from getting to my house. Mat 23, 2022 is when he shows up he informs me that there is running water to check toilets make sure they are not leaking, I have a 3 story house 7 restrooms took 5 mins. I get outside and he shows me the alarm wires are disconnected which I have pics of it the way they left it in Sept 6 months prior, and a pic of it with the ***** lights on and panel open with everything connected when I called Feb 10. He then says aerator is siezed up and is not covered under warranty because it flooded due to poor maintenance, I informed him your the maintenance guy and haven't been here in 6 months and I called you a month and a half ago so how is that my fault, he insists its my fault. He leaves the pump running from 10am to 6pm when I called him to ask him why it was still running, he proceeded to walk me through the panel to turn it off. I had a real septic company come look at it and they asked how did they test the aerator if the plug in is so corroded, they test it and it worked fine, but what didn't work was the pump that he left running dry from 10am to 6pm.
