I found them on ******** advertising attic insulation messaged them set up appointment and then my day came and the guy stood me up so I rescheduled and 2 days later he came out on time but he seemed very ill and hot. I suggested he not go up there but he insisted saying this is my job. I informed him the crawl space was very small. This guy is 6'4. So he went up there made a lot of noise I recorded from living room his movements and heard a lot of noises and creeks .he had to get out also because he almost passed out, I was concerned so I went looking for him and called out to him with no answer then I had my brother search for him while I call ambulance and by the time they answered he was coming to in his truck with my brother talking to him saying he didn't need them to come out. So I offered him to come in the house and a cold drink and cold rag he started to feel better. He was insisting to look at my ac unit but my brother told him 2 times I have a guy that does that for me then that guy got short with my brother again he wanted to see my unit then I say no. Then he left that alone. he wasn't out here for that . When he was up in the attic since he dropped his phone I'm sure it went through my 12 inches or more now I have a long hole exposed and 2 times. Since he was about to pass out I'm sure he disturbed my stack up there I'm for sure he did at my laundry room because now it gets hot in there. So I've told the company and on their website review they are denying any insulation was disturbed. First off The owner wasn't up there he or she can't say anything. I have a witness of all of this. Insulation was also kicked out from the attic and the guy had told me sorry but didn't offer to clean it up. next day I sweep it up. All I wanted was 1 room quote but he did 1/2 house quote. Just to find out later they won't do a 1 room. outside the crawl space is where my laundry room is. Because now it's ??hot. I'm low income and I deserve my stack back.
