Lakecreast Village Apartments. They resently came up with a mandate of parking permits. I get the letter of the requirement literally a couple days before the deadline. I have my son, whom is on the lease, go into the office personally and get this properly done because he wasn’t successful in doing it online. As he was rushed ,apparently, and not completely shown how to navigate the portal he left under the impression that he received the help he asked for. So Thursday morning I get up rushing out for work and car is gone! I call in to call off or late because I had to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I come to the conclusion that it was towed. Reason being it wasn’t registered. I ask my son to confirm that he went to the office and he did. I pay for an Uber to get to work because at least I know where my car is and it’s Christmas time so I need to make more money not lose anymore. My son called off to resolve the issue. He went to the office and they immediately say you had the wrong license plate, I’m on the phone with him as he entered the office, I get angry and say that’s a lie that plate came directly from the dealership and I have had that car going on 2 years.. then I hang up the phone because I have to get back to work. My son tells me they then said “you had the wrong sticker in the window” in which there were several stickers at various times in my window including oil changes, permit for work and for another complex parking privileges but he continued to stress besides all of that this should have been confirmed through the license plate ,as the they agreed as well. So when that excuse didn’t fly they go on to say well someone put you in the system but took you out. Long story I was told to park in visitor parking and ultimately towed again 3 days later. Something must be done about this.

I moved into the apartments in October 2020 and upon moving in I was required to pay a $600 security deposit. It is now June 21 2022 almost 6 months later and I still have not received my security deposit. I have made many attempts to get in contact with these apartments as far as calling everyday and emailing the managers that I spoke with before only to get no response or when I call to get no answer or the phone hung up in my face.
