    I filled out an application and paid all the fees the $50 nonrefundable application fee I paid and the $195 fee I also paid which was fully refundable I decided later on to change my mind and move somewhere else in a better area they said they would give me my $195 back and I would receive it in 30 days this happen 912 2022 it is now almost the beginning of December and I do not have my money every time I called to see what’s going on and put on hold for at least 30 minutes hung up on and nobody has any compassion all I want is my $195 which they said it would be sent to me in 30 days it’s been 90 days now please help

    Hello Complainant:

    It is our best intentions to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible.  Please allow management to research this information and contact you with the status of your refund request.  I am the area manager and my sincerest apologies for the oversight pertaining to the refund request of your administrative fee of $195.00.  I will be in contact with you via phone or email.
