    I’ve been here for a year and my ac is not working properly and to make matters worst I wake up to no water without any warning they don’t answer the phones and always give the excuse of they are sorry and they working on it *** ** ****** bc I’m never late and my bills are paid and I’m still not getting what I pay for we got 4 fans in here and they have yet to fix the issue

    Life At Jackson Square on North Brass wood Blvd is now a low income crime invested section 8 and the owners of this property are doing absolutely nothing to make it a safe place to live.There are open drug deals being made on property and we as residents such as myself are afraid to go outside.There is now anger in the neighborhood behind the apts. and they are not having meetings with their HOA to see what they can do.

    I’m being charged for a renovated unit but moved into an old unit with roaches broken appliances and everything else you can imagine but still being charged an extra 200 for the renovations that don’t exist. My front yard is a litter box for stray cats and everyone’s dogs. An eviction letter was left on my door 2 days after moving in and they tried to embarrass me when i came to the office to correct their mistake. Don’t move here!

Due to the nature of your concerns, we encourage you to stop by the leasing office to speak with Nidia, the Community Manager, to ensure we are given the opportunity to address any outstanding issues or concerns that have not yet been reported via work order.

    Since I've been there have been 3 managers turnover, work orders have been labeled completed and not touched, office workers don't stay long enough to finish work orders and my apartment is health hazard

The Community Manager confirmed that all work orders on file for your apartment have been completed with the exception of the work order that was placed yesterday, which is in currently progress.
