On 2/14/24, I arrived at 4 pm, for a scheduled appointment for a prepaid service an additional service that was advertised as a monthly special for $99. I was escorted to a room and numbing cream was applied with the industry average expected wait period being 20-30 minutes. After 2 hours I had to call for help because I could not see and in an immense amount of pain. I was told that the numbing cream dripped into my eyes. When the services were finally provided I was told that the treatment I agreed to received needed to be change and instead would cost $800. I agreed to the purchase of the $800 service and a purchase of a facial cleanser. After the services were completed I still had blurred vision. I was told that my card was already charged for over $300 of products (without my consent) and, $849 for the additional services. When I contacted the office the following day because I did not receive the after care instruction 12+ hours later I also explained my dissatisfaction of their unethical practices and the unauthorized charges. I was told that there was a no refund policy for products, despite being sold items I cannot use for example, a peach tinted eye cream *** * ** **** **** ******** In addition I was told that there could have been a misunderstanding and that the additional amount for services was due to a communication device used in the office.
