We were told this was an insurance plan and the person we talked to said they were a licensed insurance agent, I paid in a lot of money, and hurt my knee, I made an appointment with a doctor only to be told they don't accept Jericho and call them, I called, Jericho told me the doctor was in network and gave me an authorization number, I called the doctor back and he laughed and said they are NOT an insurance company therefore they have no network or authorization numbers! I see now I am not the only one to have been scammed out of my money, I have been forced to pay for all my medical needs out of pocket, and I hope you can help me get back the money these people stole from me. Do NOT accept this plan if you are a provider. We have been waiting for six months to get two simple office visits processed. I have called five times now, only to be told EVERY time that it will be 'escalated.' After seeing all the other patient reviews stating their claims aren't getting paid, I have little faith that our claims will ever get processed.Jericho Share

In 2022, I had to file for temporary disability working in the medical field being on my feet for 12 hour shifrts which added stress to an old on injury I previously had, a torn muscle under the arch of my foot. I could not get any assistance from my job since I was a a new employee and had only been with the company for 8 months and it was not an injury that occured at work. Needless to say, I was asked to call ***** healthcare at which point came accross Jericho Share who claimed to be an insurance company and they could assist me with my physical therapy. I called the agency numerous of times making sure I would be covered to receive the physical therapy through ******* ********* and they claimed they will cover me an all I had to do was pay a $50 copay. After completing my therapy with ******* I began to receive large bills from ******* Institute claiming Jericho Share would not pay and that they claimed I was not covered. I'm now in debt over $10,000 from ******* and $3000-$5000 through ***** Health for services rendered. They had to send me to credit collections, since I was not able to afford paying these large claims. I tried going back to Jericho Share and spoke with numerous customer service agents, that were not able to assist me and would laugh at my situation and sometimes hang up, I even tried speaking to a Supervisor as they keep denying they ever told me I was covered. I'm angry and frustrated, that I continue to pay $100 to a creditcollection agency several times in a month and it's put me close to bankrupcy since I have other bills to pay. I hope this could be resolved and that I'm able to get my money back. I pay a little over $600/month for me and my spouse. Can someone please help me?Jericho Share

Scam. I signed up for health insurance for my wife and new born in June of 2022 they told me they would both be covered and they haven’t paid a dime to any of my daughters medical bills. We called multiple times to figure out what the issue was they said my daughter was in the policy and would be covered. They kept saying that the hospital was sending the bill to the wrong address we updated the address at the hospital. My wife called again for them to tell us we never added our daughter to the insurance and that’s why they’re not paying. Never once was that mentioned all they ever told us was the bill wasn’t being sent to the right place. This company is a total joke and scam. I expect a full refund for services they never provided, how pathetic of a company to tell people this is insurance and you’re covered and then continually lie to people when they’re not covering any of your bills but still charge you every month.Jericho Share

This scam of a health insurance company ripped off me and my family. First they greatly overcharged monthly, changed billing address later on, and finally only approved a small percentage for each and every bill submitted - claiming " late submission of bills" and " only 3 visits per year allowed for my wife/ daughter. BAIT AND SWITCH SCHEME indeed. I was informed officially 1 1/2 years later with the burden of paying exorbitant balance of about 15 bills - all at once. NOT ACCEPTABLE !Jericho Share

Trusting that healthcare.gov and pretending to care about people through faith. WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL ALLOWED TO TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE? GIVE ME BACK MY PREMIUMS. Broke my leg in Nov., called to report the injury prior to treatment. Sales Rep couldn't even find the policy I had, Leg needed to be treated, it was broke, total bills were close to 50,000. Jericho paid 40 bucks. Just after surgery, I found that I had purchased the Victory 10,000, called sales rep, they stated it was a dismember policy ONLY! Not believing it, called back saying the Vic add on states accidental injury, dismemberment or death, called back and was told I was right and the leg fracture was covered. I asked hospital listed as a provider, if they would electronically bill a UB-04, was informed they didn't bill religious share groups and I would need to bill them and be responsible for payment. Strange, the hospital was listed as a provider, why wouldn't they fill out claim??? I spent a few days putting together every possible answer to a delay, filled out a UB-04 claim myself looking up NPI numbers and provider payment numbers gave them the letter stating they had to pay me, 28 page report included all information. Waited 30 days, they say they process claims in 21 days, haha. Called about processing progress and they stated, "What Claim"? They stated they will only process UB-04 directly from hospital, will only pay providing hospital. Hospital stated they weren't even a provider, although listed by Jericho, they wouldn't even accept a check from Jericho if they got one. As a member, I'm fuming, besides myself in anger at this. My policy, premiums paid on time monthly...I did my part, why do I have to watch the 10,000 that I paid to have if needed, Sit in their low life, scaming, robbing company?? It is the first time I've needed medical financial assistance while having surgery 10 days away from qualifing for Medicare. GIVE MY MY 10,000, SATAN WORSHIPERS. SHUT THEM DOWN!Jericho Share
