These people are liars and theives! Archer systems has been put in charge of disbursing money from the camp fire, I was told I would have my check in July! Now it's the following January and still nothing.... everyone else is already paid the ne t disbursement and here I'm waiting on the last one still. They hold your money as long as possible to collect interest and just keep it. So shady. They should be put out of business and jailed if you ask me. So illegal. ITS NOT YOUR MONEY ARCHER SYSTEMS!!! Stop making excuses and send the money owed to people. It's not that hardArcher Systems

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your patience while I had our team review further. We understand how important it is to receive timely disbursements, and we take these concerns very seriously. According to our records, your check was issued in December of 2022, and there are no remaining funds available.
If you have additional questions or concerns about the disbursement, we kindly ask that you contact your law firm directly, as they would be best positioned to provide more detailed information regarding your case.Review fromCaitlin T

This is a legal service no one should do business with. My mother won a class action lawsuit after her passing. I was made executor of estate and given a 6 month probation period. That period ended Dec 2023. Here we are Aug 2024 and all I can get every time I inquire about it is some new excuse each time plus “check again in 6-8 weeks”. This time was they are “reviewing a bankruptcy”… WHY!? The bankruptcy was paid off 2 years prior to my mother death and as I said PAID OFF. She owed the courts nothing. When asked “why they are reviewing the bankruptcy” the guy said “because we’re reviewing it”… when asked “what does it have to do with this settlement” all I get is “it’s being reviewed” and then to call AGAIN in 6-8 weeks. They EAT the interest from the bank keeping that money sitting in their account and not paying anything out. I hope their legal team endures the pain my mom suffered from the wrong doings she was put through which instilled the class action lawsuit MAYBE then they’d have some compassion and stop sitting on their lazy butts and actually have DECENT customer service.Archer Systems

Caitlin, Thank you for contacting ARCHER. Although you have not provided many identifying details to help us locate your mother's case, we believe that we have located it in our system and can provide an update. The bankruptcy resolution process for your mother could not begin until her settlement release was approved by the defendant in her case. Now that that has occurred, ARCHER is working on her bankruptcy resolution as a top priority. We will follow up with the bankruptcy Trustee at least every two weeks until resolution is obtained. Please contact us directly to discuss further details.Review fromTricia M

I don't even know where to begin with Archer Systems and the acting Attorney representing my beloved father. First off, my Father lost his life to this horrible cancer related to damn Roundup. He suffered endlessly for a total of seventeen years of chemo, trail drugs, endless pain and suffering along with our family and I will make sure justice is served! Just to find out a person's life is only with a measly $95,000. Take away attorney fees of 40% leaves a whole whopping $57,000. Now, let's subtract Medical Liens Medicaid Archer did alright with only taking $83.46, Medicare on the other hand $28,416.54. Which leaves a grieving (daughter), that lost her best friend a total of $28,500. You, got to be kidding me!!!!!! Down to the very last cent!! I will not be accepting this offer on behalf of my Father's injury. This is a total insult and a smack in the face. Did Archer even do their job with negotiating the medical lien for Medicare? I will be handing this over to my personal attorney and contacting ever means necessary to receive full compensation. I waited this long to no avail. I had to see my Father passing knowing he never got a chance to receive the funds owed to him. My next complaint, why would you people at this firm think for once that I should be the one to do your job? After waiting several years and getting excuses after excuses to only be told that you have no Probate Attorney at the moment to work on my Father's claim and it would be beneficial for me, myself, and I to find a local attorney in my home State. Ummm, this is not up to me to do your job. I will not comply and do Archer's JOB!! If I knew, what I know now, boy oh boy things I would have done differently.Archer Systems

Thank you for your review of ARCHER Systems. ARCHER reviewed our call notes and confirmed we advised that we are working to find an alternate local Counsel to resolve your probate claim. There is nothing you need to do at this time. Additionally, all medical liens have been finalized. Should you have detailed questions, please contact ARCHER directly.Review fromSHEILA B

Thank you for your review of ARCHER Systems. First, please note that all calls are recorded and reviewed, and if an ARCHER representative behaved unprofessionally, they will be counseled. ARCHER's notes indicate that we spoke with you on August 2. On that call we provided the information you were requesting and indicated that you should allow for 7-10 business days for processing before the next check is sent out in your case. Based on our call notes you indicated understanding and asked no further questions.Review fromTerrialYeary

I had a settlement for risperdal that has been going on since the 2nd grade and I am now 24 years old. I won my case over 4 years ago and archer systems still has not paid me my settlement money. They hoard your money like it's theirs and they are very disrespectful people to talk to. They don't answer questions and are just a really shady company with shady practices. They have lied to me, missed every deadline that they themselves made. If they say they will have it done in july and you wait til august and call they will just push the time back while they withhold and collect interest on your money. I have been cursed out, hung up on, ignored, and told that my own funds is not mine until they decide to release it. They have over 100 thousand dollars that belongs to me as a settlement cause i was forced to be apart of a child drug testing program against my will as a child and it screwed some things up and ruined my childhood. And archer systems profits off withholding and collecting interest on money that i suffered and lost my childhood for. I am truly sorry if u gotta deal with these guys like I do.Archer Systems

It's is now 02/05/2025 and I am still kidding $7,600 from my settlement. They haven't paid me in full even tho they are well past their own deadlines. They are withholding money and diluting it's value still. Even after they have been fully paid over $40,000 they still won't give me my $7,600Review fromrobert d

Complained about Archer Systems timely distribution of funds to CA Fire Victims Trust (FVT), money which they are holding for recipients. BBB would not follow up on investigation of Archer Systems practices, e.g. holding monies for extended periods of time to make interest on funds rather than distributing monies to litigants in a timely fashion. BBB said in response to my inquiry that Archer Systems would not communicate or respond to me, only attorneys and then BBB cancelled my inquiry. I did not ask to communicate with Archer Systems directly, but only to suggest that they be investigated for withholding payments for unreasonable periods of time. I am one of many feeling the same way.Archer Systems

Thank you for your review of ARCHER Systems. Regarding distributions from the Fire Victims Trust, ARCHER must wait for direction from the Trust prior to issuing pro rata distributions. To date no direction has been received.Review fromCheryl C

Archer is now responsible for a significant portion of the Camp Fire of 2018 victims moneys and they charged my account $325 per payment by sending a paper check without any safety precautions such as sign receipts, no tracking information and the envelope was left outside of my front door in plain sight in the rain and I came home at 10:30 pm to discover it. The previous company that the firm of ****** ****** ******** ***** only charged $25 per payment and it was a direct deposit safely into my bank account along with a tracking number. The attorney for my case said they switched because the first company had under bid for the job and it was too much work for them. Yet no mistakes were made. On the other hand Paradise CA is were the fire was that took my house and thousands more. I have heard from people in my community who had their checks stolen off their porch because it was done just like mine. No tracking, no return sign and no e-mail,no calls, no heads up period for me or anyone else to say be on the look out you $160,000. Checks are on the way. This is beyond pathetic and shameful completely irresponsible of Archer and ******** ***** ****** ******** ***** I highly recommend you should find another way of making your money safe.Archer Systems

Thank you for submitting your concerns to ARCHER Systems related to your settlement check. Our records indicate that a Closing Statement was mailed to you in February 2023. Included in the Closing Statement was an Election Form asking you to provide clarification on how you wanted to receive your settlement funds. You checked the box indicating a check should be mailed to you, and signed the Election Form 2/27/2023. One week later, on 3/7/2023, a check was issued to you and we see it was deposited in March 2023. Please contact our offices directly if you believe there are outstanding issues related to this payment that was made over a year ago.Review fromKhristopher N

1 starI have had nothing but problems with this firm. Anytime you ask for a supervisor they give you nothing but excuses. I have asked to state for me within the company policy where you are required to receive a name. I was never provided with such documents also the representatives that I was in contact with were unprofessional, rude, childish, and just furthermore upset myself and made the whole experience just one of pure agony. I would stay away from this firm and the company as a whole. They claim they have nothing to do with the 3m settlement they why is that the company in charge of receiving documents and sending out documents? If they had nothing to do with the case then why are they even invovled in the first place? None of this makes any sense I would not recommend this to anyone PERIOD!Review fromShaolin C
