    In November I spoke with syncom and set up a payment plan. I made the payments every month. Then, suddenly, in April the payment was automatically drafted. Thankfully I saw the payment before I made what would have been a double payment. Called to have it stopped. Was told a manager would handle it. Then payment was auto drafted again in May. I called back and was then informed that I had authorized automatic payments back in November. Except I didn't at all and had already requested the automatic payment be stopped when it happened in April. They're putting people on auto pay without authorization. So if they're trying to collect from you, keep an eye on your account once they have payment info.

    They called me on my cell on Saturday! I never heard of the company. Where did they get my cell phone number! They are probably scammers! They need to stop!

    This company feels like a scam. They call me 10 times a day, send me e-mails. I made a payment back in July, we are in October now, and they still keep calling. I made the payment online so I have a proof, and they still don't know they got it??? Imagine what has to be going on in this company. Terrible.

    They keep calling me saying I owe something and request a police report but I cannot even file one if they cannot provide the information on what they say I owe
