I went there for a general clean up. After a quick check up. They say I need a deep cleaning and my insurance doesn't cover it. So I paid out of pocket. About 350. The " Deep" cleaning they did was similar the the regularly cleaning I had done 9 months prior. They even did it faster and not as good. Months later I recieve a bill from them. Trying reaching out but I got the run around and the people just hang up on me when I tried calling back.

We went to Lovett Dental-Bissonnet in August for dental cleaning and wisdom teeth extractions for my daughter. We were told what we were responsible for and what our insurance would cover. We went ahead with the process and paid our portion. Today, December 3, 2022, I received a collection bill of $1,017.90. I called the office to get clarification on why the charge. The receptionist said that the insurance company had not covered their portion. I asked why I got a collection bill but never received a bill. The receptionist said that one was sent to my email on 8/15, 9/15, and 10/15 to my email. I asked her what email they were sending the bills to. She responded by saying that the bills were sent to ******************. I told her that email was wrong. ** ***** ******* ** *****************. She confirmed that they had made a mistake in how they inputted my email. She also confirmed a paper statement was never sent to me, so there was no way of me knowing that they were charging me extra money that the insurance should have paid. Now, I received a paper statement of a collection. I asked the Lovett dental representative for help and she said there was nothing she could do, which is very frustrating to me since I strive to always have good credit. I’m a teacher and have always been responsible on paying my bills on time. I would for them to correct this and remove my collection.

I went to lovett dental in webster on 10/22/2021 to get my wisdom teeth extractions. I paid $511.47 as my co-pay per the manager’s inquiry on my dental insurance co-pay. I paid it upfront then I got my wisdom teeth extracted. But in March I received 2 letters & also 1 in April from Lovett Dental corporate saying that I owe them $1491.89 for my dental extraction. So I called my insurance back to check if it’s a fault from their end & they said they paid lovett dental & my co-pay was supposed to be less than of how much I paid. I went back to lovett dental to talk to that manager & he said he can’t do anything about the letter since the letter was sent from the corporate! But he can try to reimburse me for the co-pay. He gave me a paper, but NEVER got that reimbursement. Not even a single apology. And Lovett Dental sent this FOUL bill to credit bureau & my credit has been affected because of their FOUL bill. I will not call it a mistake but no one even tried to reach out to me saying that it was a mistake done from their part. They not only have bad customer service they also destroyed my perfect credit. I NEED someone to take action against them or investigate it further at least. I can never get a hold of someone from the corporate. The manager from website denied to give me any information about their corporate as well. I work at Chase bank & I know if anyone asks for corporate information you just give it to them without asking anything. I NEED a resolution to this PLEASE. This is my consumer right that has been violated by this company.
