      Apparently these people are in the business of charging for products you never ordered and will never receive in the hopes that you wont check your back account and let them get away with over 90 dollars. Charged me for a driving recordIi never ordered and I had to wait several days for a response from them. Not only that but they also charge for the privilege of downloading your electronic pdf certificate of completion. Do not give these people your business.

      I agree with all the other customers on here. This company just wants your money. The course is way outdated from the 2000’s. I know it’s not supposed to be fun but at least update your videos. The cost is terrible as well they tell yea hey it’s only $25 for this course but they add fees they don’t tell you about. You ends up paying I think it’s $30 something with fees. Also if you want to instantly download your certificate you already paid for the course to take, they make you pay an extra $25 to install download your certificate. You end up paying over $78 for it. This company is a scam and will let everyone know who needs to take defensive not to use them. Save your money and go to a better defensive driving course.

Many competitors simply take your money without a way to reach them. All services are optional. Certificate delivery does not have to include a charge unless you opt for it.
