I started having a bad experience with the venue when they stared charging extra stuff that were not stated on my contract. I payed 600.00 for real police officers I saw 1 rent a cop. A day before my event I finally met the owner She went above and beyond to make sure my venue looked beautiful put centerpieces in each table (50) when I only paid for 16. Thank you that was very nice of her. She did that at no extra cost ro try to make up for my contract and bad experience. I had access to venue from 1pm to 1am. I had family arrive as early 4 ish around 6pm her and the staff were taking pictures of the whole venue so u professional they should of taken pictures before event and they also have 1000 cameras. Her staff threatened the musians that they only had one hour after my event was over to Remove everything or they keep what ever is left and they throw away. When on my contract it states I had 1 hour and 30 min to leave the permisses or else I was responsible for every extra hour at $75. I signed that. Luckily musicians got everything out in about 45 min. Uninvited kids were fighting I kicked them out. Kids kept opening emergency exits to com back in instead of putting the officers I hired to cover exist they were no where to be found. She finally put a staff member to secure and stand on the exit doors. After the chaos of Uninvited kids got situated everything else went smoothly. Hacienda Bella Terra is a beautiful venue and everyone's deserves a second chance. But from my investigation it's more then second chances. It's more people out there that had the same or worse experience with them. They need to do better if they want to keep there business. This was my experience. Food cake and bartenders were amazing and the photographer I work with was amazing don't have any complaints on them.
