  No stars! They can’t respond back to you at all even with cell phone numbers or email. Went in February to hide for a fraudulent deed and was told they could help but after I gave info, it’s like they dropped off the face of the earth! And every attempt I made was NEVER given a call back or email reply! They should tell you up front they can’t help you instead of getting info and never responding or researching to help at all!

  During my first call with Bryan Fagan he explained how I would be able to file for guardianship of my adult son (if I was able to locate him in Houston) and that I would be able to have control of his receiving treatment for his mental illness. I then learned from doctors in the Houston area that this was not even remotely true so I then stated to the law office not to proceed with any work on the case. In spite of this they continued to charge me for services and deducted the money that I had given them as a retainer even though it shows in their own billing that I had requested them to do nothing with my case. At this point they have charged me over $1,000, rendered no services and my son is still missing and possibly dead.

  In a nutshell, Shame on ME for not doing my homework!! I “found” this firm for my brother who needed a divorce attorney… $17,000 of our parents’ hard earned money ( because he is an ER nurse and didn’t have the $10,000 retainer fee) nothing has been finalized. As we began to question fees, unauthorized drafts from his acct., improperly filed documents… suddenly his legal team was “replaced” without his knowledge or consent. It’s a saga but bottom line is, we are preparing a complaint to the Board of Legal Counsel. I chose this firm after reading Bryan Fagan’s “false testimony” of wanting to help people navigate their unfortunate and emotional legal situations. Lies, unethical practices, theft of ones hard earned money, etc. etc. Well, the saying goes that Karma’s a *****~ and my family will pursue this until justice is served. “SWIPE LEFT” folks!! DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!

  I would give them a zero but you have to give them at least one star. These people are rip offs everywhere you look on the *** **** nobody trust them. I wish I would’ve found these earlier. They stole $2000 from me would not answer my phone calls will not give me my money back do not trust this law firm.

  These folks are a rip off. They take your money for every little thing. Please do not be fooled by the champagne and cheese hospitality. They dig in your account with out u knowing and do absolutely nothing for your case. Trust and believe. No stars.

  These people are crooks! Do not hire them they do nothing for you! All they do is steal your money! They also add stuff that they do not do, you will not get your money back! I SAY LETS SUE THEM MAKE THEM PAY FOR ALL THE DAMAGE THEY HAVE CAUSED US!

  DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS FIRM. They are all about the money. I was very hopeful when I initially went in for my “free” consultation. But as soon as I signed the first Modification contract I knew something was not right. Initially I was told by Nicole Ross that I had to get my temporary order signed off by the judge before I was able to do an enforcement on child support. Which was a complete lie. There was a signed order already and that had nothing to do with the enforcement of that order. After repeatedly asking if the temp orders had been signed they finally said that the OP had already drafted them and we needed to either draft new ones or sign there’s. We ended up signing theirs but at a cost to me. Every month they deduct 700 dollars for each contract. Yes EACH contract. If you are trying to go after multiple things, it’s multiple contracts. And they make sure to run up the amount every month which is completely unethical. When they finally started the enforcement I was already almost 20k into paying them. At this point you can’t just walk away because they are legally representing you and as a single mom who has never been in need of any legal representation I was too scared to try and find a new attorney. Their communication is very very lagged. It takes them a few days to reply or answer any questions and believe me they charge for even a simple email back. My case should have been very simple, the other parent had not paid child support in years nor provided any medical support. Which was documented through the OAG. All in all after about 50k spent, the attorney that was representing me admitted that the law firm charged way too much and gave me 2 other lawyers names that could help me for much cheaper. If anyone is doubting any of this, I have receipts and emails/text messages to support. Please stay away.

  I received a letter stating explicitly stating your team and you worked on my case tireless, to reduce stress and hardship on me which did not happen. You switched attorneys on me more than once causing lack of knowledge, more time spent on case, and increased/unwarranted costs not on my part. Even in court, the attorney was unprepared when I was awarded attorney's fees to present this to the judge and I was not awarded the fees in an amount anywhere close to the amount due to an unprepared attorney. I have continuously made communication via call and email without response. This was even the case when my ex-husband was ordered to pay the remaining balance which is way less than what I was charged in the excess time due to YOU changing attorneys on me in addition to lack of preparedness on attorney fee presentation to the judge. Your team does NOT call back and/or communicate despite my communication. Then I get a letter stating I am "honest" by signing a contract with you and not living up to my end of the bargain. You did not live up to your end and provide me with the services you present in your advertisement and consultation. Even with me communicating to get this settled you do not live up to your end of the bargain of communicating and being a responsible and accountable attorney to your end of the bargain.

  DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! THEY ***** YOUR MONEY!! They take your money and nickel and dime you for everything. The divorce was quoted for $3,500. Once the court automatically set a court date, they then charged our account for an additional $12,000. When I asked about this, they ignored my emails and phone calls. This divorce with no children has cost over $16,000. Over $4,000 were charges that were administrative tasks, such as entering dates on the attorney's calendar or creating an email which was billed again for submitting the email.

  I hired this firm to help with child support and I'm in worse shape than I was before I hired them and out of money that I don't have. Horrible experience and representation.
