      BPX Energy suspended funds from the ********** *** ****** ** ******** ******* ***** (Property 101324) after the death of my mother, **** ********. In November 2023, I received paperwork from my siblings and submitted my documentation. Each time I contacted BPX to request the status, they repeatedly said that they would adjudicate the request in 90 days. After 7 months, I asked for a supervisor and learned that they now required additional documentation of my father’s certified death certificate and a notorized Affidavit of Heirship which was submitted to BPX on 10/9/2024 (see attached email copy). Despite providing the notarized documents, BPX's solution continues to delay the release of the suspended the funds. Their solution is to repeat a standard response of “it will take 90 days to process the paperwork”. We seek a higher authority to help us get relief from this corporation since BPX has made no tangible effort to resolve our petition. We respectfully request BPX to unlock the suspended funds and accrued interest without further delay. Thank you.

      At approximately 11am on Saturday, January 11, I purchased a car wash. I followed the instructions and the machine started, then abruptly turned off. For no reason. Again, I followed the instructions exactly. This establishment refused to give a refund or even another car wash. The employee inside was dismissive and acted like I'm the one that did something wrong. This establishment ripped me off for $10 due to their faulty machine. It's not my fault the machine didn't work...it's theirs. Who knows how many others they ripped off?They must really be hard up for money but they need to repair this machine. And I want my $10 back.

      I purchased approx. 1/4 tank of gas and was charged $175.00 on October 20th 2024 .The gas station told me that this was a credit hold put on my acct. by my bank which the bank claims is false. I drive a 2013 Honda Civic and it is incapable of holding this much fuel. I'm estimating the charge should have been $17.00 at the most. I've emailed the owner telling them i used my Visa Debit Card ending in 9260, Transaction # *************** used on October 20th 2024 i even emailed them showing the charge still shows on my bank acct. I Believe this is a scam by them for after repeated attempts to resolve this it falls on deaf ears.

      I paid for a $10.99 carwash that i did not receive. Unprofessional Cashiers refused to provide me with the carwash or provide a refund. There isnt enough characters available in this box to explain the situation, but i would gladly explain in an email.

      This business is constantly selling expired goods. When the customers brings the goods to the counter, their only response is to take the item back. Recently we brought home spoiled milk, tried to take it back and they gave us a hard time, stating that we wouldn't get the money back. If you know that you don't take inventory as regularly as you should at least provide kind customer service when the customer complains. Many people are unsure of the process for filing a complaint but if they could I'm sure they would. Please stop selling expired goods and refusing to give customers their money back. You are in the wrong.

      I went to this gas station and I asked for $40. I The guy even repeat if it was $40.. I gae him my card and I asked for $40 regular .. while I was checking on my phone he had complete my tank without my permission, and I was charged on my card $64,75. I have asked him to solve my problem, and he didnt wanted to give me my money back. . Im pretty aute if I had gave him cash he wouldnt have gave me more gas. I was robbed .. he didnt gave me my money back and when I said that I was going to post on social media he offers to give me $5 every week I didnt accept that .. thats not fair.

      AM/PM ********* is part of the ******** station franchise. It's bad enough they charge an additional 35 cent fee for using a debit card rather than cash to fill up one's car with gasoline but to charge an additional 35 cent fee for using a debit card to buy a sandwich, chips and a drink? Is this even legal?

      On 10/12/24,at 830pm I pre paid with my debit card $30 for gasoline. **** #*********** on receipt. Site ID *******. ********. ************************************. INVOICE ****** AID# A0000000980840 Immediately after i prepaid, i was told by ********* no gas sorry. I said then i want my money back. He said maybe in 3 days. I asked him what happened. Then he was clearly acting like he couldnt understand english. I was nice but *****, i am disabled & i need this money back ********* on a fixed income. He just was hand gestering me to get out of the station. A second ********* told me that i could go somewhere else. I told him i didnt have the money to go somewhere else and i needed a refund. He said money back on your card in couple days. I have not recieved any credit or refund on my **** debit card ending in 5436. I have the reciept but no gas and no refund. Why did he let me prepay then tell me immediately after paying,"sorry no gas no money back tonight". $30 is ALOT of money to me. I need that money back asap.Thank you

      I purchased gas **************** *******. I let the attendant know that my gas hand hasnt changed. I even waited thinking maybe it didnt register yet. I had to travel to a different gas station to purchase gas again. I need this ****** station investigated for cheating customers out of gas.

      Purchased $40 of bad gas 8/2/2024. Destroyed engine on 2023 Chevrolet Camaro 1SS.
