    I purchased an A/C unit on 12/11/2020 and was given 10yr warranty for it. Currently my A/c is not functioning properly and need Global Air Services to take a look at it since its under warranty. Unfortunately I have not been able to reach the company, I have called multiple times on different days and different numbers, but havent had any success speaking to a representative to resolve this issue.I would like to get some help with contacting the business and get my A/C reviewed and fixed.

    Hello, this customer has already reached out and spoke to our service team around 2:45pm 7/12/2024, customer is under the manufacturer warranty as his labor warranty is only for one year and its already expired, this customer has done multiple jobs with us with no issues but has left an outstanding balance for previous service call that he has not payed for since 2021. We already informed him that for us to send a tech out he would have to pay the outstanding balance on his account and the trip charge for the tech to go to his residence to inspect the fault with his unit and we would inform him what the issue/repair would be, we are awaiting payment so we can have a tech out at this location tomorrow between the time of 11am - 2pm. We have a cue of customer waiting to be ******************** after the storm and the schedule that was given to him is the soonest we could help him.

    This past summer was over 100 degrees they never fix the issue we went Thur the summer with heat in our house we have tried to fix this issue with them and they didnt bother to fix the issue I have reached out to them numerous of times when finally they came out the installer came to my house with a bad attitude I have tried please help me most of our conversation are in Spanish also the technician they will send they where 17 and 18 years old not even license technicians after the installation they were the ones that showed up to try to fix the problem after the problem I keep asking to show a certificate that they are certified technicians. I called the owner numerous of times to see the certifications of the technicians. He was sending no response. Its already winter and I still dont have no AC or heater my families living without AC or heater for the seasons. I will gladly appreciate if you could help me resolve this problem. Thank you. I have also spoken to ******* the receptionist I have told her that the issue was never fixed and my light bill was extremely high more than normal.
