    This company is a fraud. They will do whatever it takes to win you over and get their services they promise you a warranty on their parts but fail to tell you that most of the parts that go into AC are not covered and will have to pay out of pocket. They will also fail to tell you that you will have to pay every time a technician comes. This is never communicated, making it seem like there is no warranty. Deceptive company and I warn people to stay away from these deceptive people.

    My apartment does not have A/c or heater they have went to try to fix but the owner said for me to do it how I Can and won’t fix it no more I have reported this to them numerous of time please help me with this case

    Salesman very nice at first made a lot of promises. Crew came in to install unit and new ducts. With the exception of one back room that was to get an air filter ventilation and two new vent covers as well as new ducts. The room addition didn’t have enough roof clearance so we had to hire a carpenter to make the access larger. We were charged for additional labor and parts but company refuses to return to finish work. Salesman was to collect $1,000 when work was completed. He has contacted us to collect I told him as soon as work is completed we would pay. I have paid everything over 10k Salesman now says until we pay $1,000 they refuse to complete work. I feel this is a breach of contract not completing work but collecting. The job is not complete! So we’ve paid 10k for my home to have a/c and heat and we have one room with vents not replaced and no ventilation filter system. They sell on the Carrier name but don’t do justice to the Carrier company.
