  Absolute Scam Company. Do not do business with them. They will enroll you in subscription services that you do not want, then bill your credit card. Even if you cancel the subscriptions with them, they will continue to charge your credit card.

  The ComplianceGuard subscription helps to keep your business
  in compliance with the state using compliance alerts and includes deeply
  discounted filings. We understand that small businesses face challenges in
  meeting their compliance requirements, which can result in hefty penalties, late
  fees, or worse, falling out of good standing with the state. As business owners
  already have a lot on their plate, we designed ComplianceGuard to ease the
  burden of compliance and avoid any accidental omissions.

  
  During the checkout process, customers are informed of the 14-day
  trial period. If the subscription is not cancelled during that time, the $300
  charge will automatically occur and be renewed yearly until cancelled. Unfortunately,
  this is not a refundable charge, but the subscription can be cancelled at any
  time. Our system does not show any record of a requested cancellation of this service
  prior to the renewal date on 5/27/2023, which is why the card on file was automatically
  charged upon renewal. We can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled,
  so you will not receive any further charges for this service. You will continue
  to have access to these helpful services until the renewal date. A friendly

  I have read negative reviews in the past, so I tried to be proactive. Upon signing up for a business filing, I had the rep confirm that I would not be charged any ongoing subscriptions or fees. The ASSURED me that none would be charged and that this was noted in my account. Once the service I hired Swyft Filings for was completed, they charged me for an ongoing subscription for a compliance guard (I never signed up for this). The Billing Agent was well scripted and kept saying that I had chose a 14-day free trial subscription at check-out but I absolutely did not. They place tons of pop-ups and add-on offers to get you to click quickly through and try to get you to miss these little details. They are scam artists and it is sickening because they have a useful product and don't need to stoop to this level. Absolutely pathetic

As explained by a previous representative and supervisor over the phone, the service you were charged for is our annual ComplianceGuard subscription. This subscription helps to keep your business in compliance with the state using compliance alerts and includes discounted filing rates. There is the option to opt out of this subscription during checkout as well. We have attached screenshots of the information and options presented during checkout for your reference. If you chose to not opt out of this service during the checkout process, customers are informed of the 14 day trial period. If the subscription is not cancelled during that time, the $149 charge will automatically occur and be renewed yearly until services are no longer needed. Our checkout process is designed to offer our customers everything they may need for their new business.   Terrible cancelation issues, they made it difficult to cancel after an order, they will remove funds from your account and tell you to contact them with no phone response and bland email response to never resolve anything.

  After the service we paid Swyft Filings for was completed, they signed us up for an ongoing subscription against our will. The Billing Agent attempted to gaslight my wife into believing that we chose a 14-day free trial subscription at check-out but we clearly remember all the many pop-ups and add-on offers that were made during the sign up-process (INCLUDING the one for Compliance Guard) and we DECLINED ALL OF THEM. They sent screenshots of the sign-up process, not our actual order, as "proof" that we subscribed but our original invoice shows NO additional services or trials. The fact that they used the wrong name to address us in the follow-up email shows that they (at best) make mistakes, but the fact that they will not issue a refund even when it has to be their mistake, means that this company is actually a scam. We are disputing the charge but wanted others to beware as well. Interestingly enough, they have a written money back guarantee on their website which is obviously not true since they won't refund just the additional service that we never actually signed up for.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They call me repetitively to tell me that I need to wait 24-48 hours for a "cancelation team". They reported that the incorporating name is not available, got on the phone with Florida state division of corporations and the name is in fact available. ******* JOKE SOMEONE PLEASE CLASS ACTION THEM!!!! SCAMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  p.s they also are fond of false advertising pricing on their website from 149 to 99 for registered agent services. ( And they like to add subscriptions and upcharges against your will)

  I bought the expedited package for llc for $450.00. They sent me documents in about 4 days all except my ein number they said I had to get in contact with irs because the business name I chose was in use but when I bought the service from swyft they said the name was not in use. So I’m waiting for my ein number to come it never came they sent me a ss4 form saying that the business name I chose was already taken on a federal level so I asked them how do they verify if a name is open to register swyft said they only verify name avalibty on a state level which is pointless if the irs verifies names on a fed level I spoke to the irs and they said it would take 8 to 9 weeks before I could get my ein confirmation letter which is unacceptable I asked them to make me another business or support a refund they only wanted to offer me a $25 refund and wanted me to pay for the service all over again which was $450 this is a horrible experience with this company will never do business with them again

  This is a SCAM ! I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in this company! I should’ve stuck with the company I always use!!!!
  They charged me 125 to file for the 10 day processing package …. Then today on the 10th day that I’ve been waiting for!!! I get a message saying my payment didn’t go through !!??? WHAT?
  My payment DID go through and I have all of my receipts… they should be in jail they are crooks! Plain and simple DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM!
  You will regret it! Now when I go to the website to try and see the timeline to get my documents that I’ve ALREADY PAID FOR… I’m blocked out of the site

  I am only regretful that I cannot give Swyft Filings zero stars instead of 1. I paid $100 for same-day service in filing my DBA with the state. This is not something they should be offering to customers because it is clearly not something they can do. All told, I paid 244$ for the filing and expedited service. But this wasn't even everything – later that afternoon, I received paperwork that I had to sign and have notarized and then had to be sent back to the company's Houston headquarters for them to submit on my behalf. That already made it about 3-4 days, even though I spent about 30$ for to have this paperwork overnighted to them. Once they received it (and even that was slow), they issued a statement on the timeline of my order, indicating that, because I had paid for same-day service, I could now expect that state to approve my filing within the same day.
  
  When I finally got a live person to speak to this afternoon, he insisted that the website had a disclaimer before purchase that told customers that it would take 7-10 business days for the state to approve anything. This was pretty offensive as well, because it assumes your customers are too stupid to read the fine print. I, very simply, would not have paid for a service that was not being provided. I needed the documentation last week and if I had realized they didn't provide it, I would have taken a cheaper and more direct route and filed everything myself at the courthouse. These are deceptive business practices and they know it.

  Do yourself a favor and ADVOID this company at all cost. Purely scam artists. Continuously charging my card for stuff I didn't sign up for. There's no way to delete this "subscriptions" on their website . Customer service is nonexistent. I still don't know why the BBB has allowed this company to be registered with them. Absolutely garbage. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, DON'T USE swift filings!!!!!
