            Worst garbage company in the Spring area. I had been paying my bill every quarter since 2016 when suddenly they stopped sending out bills in April 2023. I attempted to call on several occasions, but no one ever answered the phone, and the voicemail system is too full to leave a message. I cannot pay my bill online because there is no way to access how much I owe. Up until 5/30/24, they had been picking up my garbage without issue. Yesterday, a lady by the name of Stephanie rode behind the truck telling them who to pick up. My husband asked to speak with her and possibly pay the bill since no one answers the phone. She told him that she didn't have time for him and to call the office. She then instructed the driver to move on and said we were suspended. How would we know that? They've never contacted us about anything! We have reached out, and we are exhausted with them trying to do this to us and my neighbors. No one receives a bill, so therefore we cannot pay them. It's a very shady and unprofessional business practice. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
