    I had a great experience with the DOCTORS. The people who answer the phone are problematic. I had scheduled my husband an appointment for a semen analysis. I made the appointment sometime in late September, and the earliest date they has was November 10th. I paid a $50 deposit to hold the appointment. They never mentioned that it was non-refundable. In the interim, we conceived naturally. When I called to cancel his appointment, the lady claims that since he didn't sign any HIPPA forms I could cancel. That point would be fair IF I hadn't made the appointment and paid the deposit with MY card. So after refusing to cancel the appointment - still not mention that the deposit was not refundable - which is why I would even care to cancel with proper notice, I had my husband call and cancel. They don't even really know if it was my husband or a coworker who I just told his birthday to (because I'm the one who provided that information to make the appointment). They at this time say it's non refundable. They gave me the run around when trying to talk with an office manager or boss. Wouldn't so much as provide an email address so that my concerns could be heard. I would like my deposited refunded as a remedy to this situation. BTW, when I told the girl I had to cancel because we conceived naturally, she couldn't care enough to utter congrats.

    I first started going to Aspire in 2015 after being referred by my PCP. It was a great experience. The staff were all very caring, understanding and willing to help. Dr. A is amazing. Well today all of that went to hell. I am guessing they have hired new staff and Lindsey C***** is VERY RUDE AND NOT CONSIDERATE AT ALL. She speaks to people as if she owns the place herself. She is very unprofessional. To work for a fertility clinic it takes a person that can display consideration, patience, and understanding. I promise you not one person wants to come here, but they need to and to have to deal with sarcasm, rudeness, and unprofessionalism is the last thing you want to do. I was told about her job and how she is basically behind and that she did not receive my email that she responded to and because of this my being able to make any appointment is pushed back two more weeks. This I know is not how this office operates or at least delivers the information to their patients. With her in the office and her attitude plenty of people will be going somewhere else.
