Years ago I used the law firm. They screwed me over. I brought them a winning case. They had yo be forced by the judge to do mediation , t hen it went downhill from there. To the day they never spoke to my main witness, who saw the 18 wheeler, wasn't hooked up to the trailer, turn unto 146 southbound, in my lane when I was heading northbound. He thought he could park, but instead hit me. Not only was my car totaled, I was injured and left injured. They wouldn't get me a rental, so I lost out on two lifetime opportunities working for the governor. Not only was I left a ithout a vehicle, I never got to finish therapy, I have teniitis from the accident, and they threatened to lose my winning case if I didn't take this bogus settlement. I fought them tooth and nail, whilst they tag teamed me! I showed up to a hearing and a topped them from settling, only for one of their associates to yell out in from of opposing counsel yo hear, "All they have to d o is file a Motion to compel and force you to settle!" So opposing cancel set up a hearing. By the time the hearing came Daspit Law firm settled behind my back and sent in a fraudulent paperwork against my wishes! So the judge thought I agreed! They settled fir $22,000. My medical is $15,000. Guess What? They tried to get me to sign another contract with someone else's name on it! They kept me with no vehicle to the dare kept all the money! Never paid the medical! I was left high and dry and have been to the day!
