Did the law firm receive a follow up report of Ms. *****'s contact visit, such as what happen on the day of visit, the diagnoise, medication, or plan of action? 7. Did Ms. ***** notify the law firm with any complaints or anything related to her first/last visit with ******* ***** ********** *********** If so, please explain. 8. How offer does this law firm office return a client's email and call, such as within hours, minutes, days, weeks, or months from the client initial the contact? 9.
