  I wish I could give -5 stars! DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this company! We hired this company to come and move our belongings to our new house, and the morning of the company called and said they had an accident and wouldnt be able to come at the specified time but would come later. Later comes and these people are **** blocked our number and when called by another number answered. Then, when on the phone the person was rude and yelling, saying they cant come out and there was nothing they could do! Mind you we had to be out of the house that day! Now we are scrambling late in the day trying to find other movers. Awful experience, do not trust this company!

  Never use this moving company. Very bad experience.We have move single story home Source Home : ******************** Destination Home : Leander, Texas ***** I had a clear communication on the following things when we scheduled this move. There are lots of stuff in house including garage so we need 2 trip to finish complete house move. This is clear communication from day 1 when we schedule this move. There will be 354$ total fee for the first 3 hrs which includes fuel surcharge. There will be additional 95$/hr charge for additional time after 3 hrs. No extra hidden cost as per attached ************* are my concerns. Moving company create 2 different contract for 2nd trip which is not correct as we agreed from day 1 that we need 2 trip. After having 2 trips there are lots of luggage left in garage and few boxes inside house so there is no way we can finish this move in a single trip. Moving company threaten me to not unload any luggage until i pay the additional costs asked by them. ALso they told me to call cobs if needed. Very unprofessional behavior. Can't accept ******* are extra charges I paid which I request a refund and never got back. Moving company charged me extra 1 hr (95$) to go back to their home after they unload my 2nd trip at my destination home. Truck Cleaning Fee - 75$ For 2nd trip due to new contract they told me 3 hrs minimum. We started at 4:20 and finished at 6:50 (2.5 Hrs). If you consider this to continue with the first contract (5.5 hrs with start time of 11 am & finished at 4:30), I need to pay for 2hr 20 minute only. (95 + 95 + 95/2 = *****).I paid 524$ for 2nd contract your team asked vs I need to pay *****$ (2hr 20 min additional time after first trip)Here is the amount I am requested a refund which never got back and no response of my email from business.524 - ***** = 286.5$

  Misleading estimates, poor customer service and response after move has been booked. A cabinet and bed frame were broken and no repsonse to emails or phone calls. Manager is argumentative. Overall - pretty shady operation.

  This company is a scam. They are so unprofessional plus they lie. They will quote you one price and then change the price. Your items will be held hostage until you pay. They damage your furniture and then want to pay you for the items that they damaged! Please stay away from this company!!! Mike and his team are low-lives that scam people!!

  This company scams people and takes advantage of you at a vulnerable time. The phone representative misquoted the cost of the move, stating that the total cost would be $440. I asked and clarified if any additional charges would make it more than that. She noted that the only extra cost would be if the movers took longer than the 3-hour minimum. The emailed contract and movers stated several other charges that were not initially mentioned. The contract did not provide a total and final price. It had additional charges that the customer must add to incur the total cost ($598 total after adding it all compared to the $440). I called the company to inform them they should be upfront and state all charges on the phone instead of falsifying the cost. The manager was extremely rude and belittled me as a customer. He talked over me during the call, which felt extremely belittling. This company needs to be shut down, or it should choose to value honesty and customer service. It is peculiar that customers cannot add a Google review. I would not recommend this moving service to anyone. I felt scammed and cheated. I hope the bbb investigates this company’s practices.

  If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I am not a poster for anything but this I can NOT ignore. I was quoted one price for a full move. The contract is sketchy but I took the guy at his word and they wanted almost double the cost of the original quote. I wasn’t there but my 24 yr old daughter was unfortunately and I had to talk and pay the movers. These people r ridiculous. I confirmed 2x ahead of time with price. $750. Not $1100.

  Scam - please stay away. They quoted me $975 and held my stuff hostage until I payed 1399. They know they are running a scam, bottom of the earth scumbags.

  They are jerks. They never tell you they take ONLY cash or pay pal or zelle. Then they hold your stuff hostage. I paid them vis zelle, it was Sunday night. The bank was closed, they said it had to clear for them to unload my stuff. Two hours running around to get cash. They broke my stuff. Can't stack boxes for ****. And overcharged me by 400 dollars. I want my money back and INVESTIGATE THEM. Do something about this company. NOW they don't respond to claims for my damaged items.

  Scam company. Don’t use. They charge you way more than estimate. They want you to pay before unloading. And don’t unwrap or anything. Damaged my fridge. Won’t. Respond to claim. Will be trying to get damages in claims court.

  Got a quoted price from them, 1400, which included travel time and 5 hours loading and unloading and it would be $90 an hour extra over 5 hours. It actually took them about 7 hours to load and unload which would have been 1580 they came nearly an hour late, loaded me up and didn't take everything claiming no room, I pointed out the extra room in thier rickety trailer that had sides ripped off of it, they weren't slow, but they did take their time. Got it loaded. Said it took 5 hours. On my way to the new destination I got a call stating they couldn't unload before they got paid 1962. I asked for what, they said it was 1400 plus 562 for extra time, which would have been over 6 hours extra, it DID NOT take them 11 hours to load and unload the truck. This was at 945 pm. They then told me that they only took cash, a money order or zelle, my bank does not honor it. This was also the first time they ever mentioned payment. I could not get a money order and the most my bank would authorize was 500 from ATM. They would not unload the truck until paid, I said they'd have to wait until in the morning to get a money order. Went to get a money order at 8am they hot there at 9, after sleeping in a motel. Thier supervisor was telling me that they would charge me an extra 250 for overnight stay. I Said, overnight ???that they caused because of not being told about payment methods? The supervisor, whoever it was, it had been Thomas and it changed, said they would take my things to storage and I wouldn't get them back until I paid the full amount plus what they would charge for redelivering it. I told him that I originally stated that I had 2000 for moving he then said that I was playing them (I played them)? I Said I do not have more than 2000, the workers were nice but didn't know how to pack the truck. Several items were broke including a headboard, a desk and an an all in one computer.i had to rent a ***** to go back and get the rest of my things. This company is shady
