Hi, I went to Gilman Honda near Bissonnet to buy a pilot. The salesman who helped me had an anger issue. Gilman Honda really needs to give good costumer care training. May be they are tired. But still they need to learn to deal with different types of customers. If there is no customer then there is no business. I was about to buy the car but because of his attitude and his way of talk I went to different dealer. I had same experience 15 years back. Administration, please provide better training. I recently visited Gillman Honda in search of a part for my 2006 Honda Civic. My experience was beyond disappointing, to say the least. From the moment I walked in, I encountered unprofessional behavior that left me completely frustrated. A gentleman named Thomas was the first to "assist" me, though I hesitate to even use that term. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism, refusing to listen to my needs and concerns. To make matters worse, he abruptly walked away without any explanation, leaving me waiting in bewilderment. After what felt like an eternity, he returned with another individual named Andrew. Andrew was equally unhelpful, refusing to provide his full name or job title. I found this lack of transparency unsettling and unprofessional. When I finally managed to explain that I needed a specific part for my vehicle, Thomas suddenly appeared to have the information at his fingertips. It was baffling how, after the initial dismissive treatment, he could produce a printout with the part I needed within seconds. This experience left me deeply unsatisfied with the service and professionalism at Gillman Honda. The unprofessionalism displayed by both Thomas and Andrew was inexcusable, and their lack of communication and transparency only added to my frustration. I expected much better from Gillman Honda, a dealership of this caliber. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider doing business with Gillman Honda, as my experience here was nothing short of a disappointment. They have a long way to go in terms of customer service and professionalism.Review from Bill P

If I could give 10 stars I would. Daryl W the GM and his team bent over backwards to help my daughter and I lease a new Accord. A huge issue with our trade in...Daryl personally solved it. Gillman Honda Service Department is very unprofessional they do not call you back to give you an update on your car. My car stayed in the service department for over 8 days with no call from the advisor.If I could give them a zero I would,Gillman Honda Houston Southwest Response

I spoke to Mrs. B***** and I apologized for the lack of communication on behalf of our advisor, I listened to her concern and explained why we recommended her not to do a tune up as it would not fix her underlying issue and she agreed to that. I told her that we valued her as our customer, that we always want Gillman to be her choice of dealers and I offered her a complimentary oil change when she is in need of one. I recently bought a 2022 HONDA PILOT from Gillman Honda Houston, 10595 W Sam Houston Pkwy S Houston, TX 77099; Everything was okay until I received the paperwork from Honda Financials. I bought 2020 HONDA CRV back in June 2020, with an Interest rate of 1.46% ( Attached Screenshot), and recently decided to approach your showroom to check and upgrade the vehicle to have a higher version. Stage 01 - After a long discussion with the Sales Representative ( Mr. *****) I decided to buy the car from your branch with my 2020 Honda CRV trade-in. Stage 2 – Meeting with Honda Financial Representative ( Mr. ******): Here are the real issues, I was looking for the 1.9% interest as published on your website, and due to some reason, the monthly installment was seemed high after the service packages & GAP insurance added. So I was in thought to drop the plan. But the Honda Financial Service representative told me he will talk to the manager and get the 1.90% with the 72-month term so that the installment will come down. I was so excited and decided to buy it. He also told me I am a Green Card holder if you are a citizen maybe the interest will come down. I responded back; my wife is a US citizen so I will come with her to buy the car under her name. Mr. ****** told me it’s okay he will make that 1.90% and I have signed the paperwork. Finally, after 2 weeks of the paperwork from Honda, I have received a 2.99% Interest rate!!!!!! It is a clear case of Cheating, and I will not go forward and accept this I need to have a solution for this at the earliest, please We were using Toyota Car till 2020, and now this is our 05th Honda Car to our Family and I never think about such cheating by a Financial Representative for his Sales Target or any other commission. I will try to take this issue to its extent till I have not received any resolution. Appreciate your understanding. I may rude but I was so disappointed with the after-sales experience. After contacting the customer he understands that the financing was available on his last car purchase and unfortunately not on his current purchase. We do not finance the cars, but reach out to lenders on the customers behalf. After calling the customer he now understands the market has changed and we got him the best rate we were able to.Review from Ahmed R

Hi. I went to purchase car and they give me price for $36,500 and they were making paperwork and they said your doing finance right i was like no im doing lease and they start pushing me towards buy it not to lease i was like i want lease it. And the little later they said oh the price we give you thats wrong i was like so what thats not my fault. Before the price was right when i dont want to finance tgen price get wrong and they make my month payment of $634 before it was $580 i was like whatt they said yes dont worry but you will still pay $36,500. I was like ok and im telling them so ima be pay $22,800 something for lease and end of lease ima pay $12,000 something and they were yes sir thats right but now i check and it saying i have to pay$19,000 plus. They charge me wrong and lie to make sale and ima be paying almost $5,000 extra thats not fair. Please BBB help me in that they all lie to me. This location is at. We phoned customer and invited him to come to the dealership, so that we may sit down and go over his contract line by line. Customer agreed and came in where we went over his contract and after reviewing he was satisfied. For customers inconvenience we gave him a complimentary all season floor mats for his vehicle.
