      I placed an order in March and received a partial shipment. A $100 dress has never arrived. Order is #*******. I used their contact form, emailed the support and have not received any information on the dress. There is no telephone number. I warned them I would be filing a complaint because at this point I feel they have stolen my money at this point in time.

      Bought a few items on Dress Barn website and need to return one item. Sent multiple requests for a return slip but to no avail. Phone number doesn't work.

      Business- Dress Barn Date ordered 2/27/25 Amount paid $168.62 They will not answer emails.I requested a return slip multiple times with no response. I gave them the reason for the request and the order number.I've received nothing. It states you can return items within 30 days of purchasing.

      I purchased 3 items from ************************** on February 19, 2025 (order #*******). These items were delivered on February 26, 2025. Out of those 3 items, 2 items did not fit. I emailed them, because there is no option to call them, on March 9, 2025 stating that 2 items did not fit and I needed to return them. I got an AI response back that they would hand over my response to the relevant team. I did not hear back so I used their chat feature on their website on March 16, 2025 to initiate the return. I got an email confirmation back with my responses to their form saying it was being processed and I could expect a confirmation email in 24 hours. I never got that email nor a return label so I emailed again on March 18, 2025 stating that I had yet to receive anything and got another AI response back saying that they would follow up on it for me and that they were going to escalate my case to the team to ensure a smooth process. I still have not gotten anything from them and emailed AGAIN this morning stating that I am requesting a full refund at this point. I am one day shy at this point of no longer being able to return my items and I have reached out MULTIPLE times to try to do so.

      I ordered 3 items from dress barn online. 2 of the items were too big so I requested a return label. There is no phone number to call. I have reached out no less than 5 times in the last 2 weeks and I hear nothing back. Their return policy says you only have 30 days to return it so time is not on my side right now. I don't understand why you can't get through to a real person. I just want to return the items.

      On 02/16/2025 I placed an order for 2 dresses (the same dress, two different sizes) with Dress Barn online. The order was delivered via **** with no issues. After trying the smaller one on, I chose to return the larger sized item (unopened, in original packaging). On 03/03/2025, I went onto ****************************** and started the return process. The response was: "Hello *****, Thank you for providing all the details regarding the return for your Navy Floral Sleeveless Midi Dress (2X) due to sizing being too large overall. I've noted your return request for order #*********, and our team will begin processing it shortly. You can expect an email within the next 24 business hours confirming that your return has been successfully initiated. If you have any further details or questions in the meantime, just let me know. Best regards" I reached out again on 03/05/2025, and received the following response "Hi *****, I understand your concern about not receiving the return instructions within the expected timeframe. I'll hand over your request to the relevant team for further assistance. Best regards. This response was created by AI" I sent another email on 03/06/2025, 03/07/2025, 03/10/2025. Their return policy states all returns must be done within 30 days of receipt. How can this happen, when they won't respond? No one answers the phone ***************) and there was no response from the online chat bot. It concerns me that they have not responded in an adequate and timely manner to email communications and there is no valid phone number to speak to a customer service representative. I do not want store credit, as I will never shop with this retailer again. The worst customer service EVER. I would like a full refund to my credit card for all my frustration and lack of good faith on the part of Dress Barn. Can the BBB assist me with this complaint?

      The dress was ordered on 2/27/25 and was paid for in the amount of $267.84. It arrived 3/6/25. I Filled out their online return order form on 3/7/25 as the dress was too large and too long. After filing the return order form they were to email me a return label to send back the dress and receive a refund. I sent 5 emails requesting the return label, yet they refuse to email it to me. The policy is if the dress is not returned in 30 days a refund is denied. I have tried calling their listed phone number ************** but it is no longer in service. I want to return the dress and receive my refund of $267.84.

      On January 27, I emailed Dress Barn because their phone has been disconnected. I told him that the pants did not fit like my previous ones I would like to try an eight short in both pairs. After emailing weekly, they answered me on February 26 and said too much time has passed. They also charge me for tax and that we have tax on Clothes in **********. Ive been emailing them weekly with no response very upset.

      I purchased 2 pairs of jeans in mid December. They are too large and need to be returned. I tried unsuccessfully to contact dress barn for a return label and instructions. Several attempts were made. Order#******* Confirmation # 044L00TWH I am hoping to be reimbursed upon returning the merchandise.

      I purchased slacks on 12/18/2024. Upon receiving them, they were damaged. On 1/13/2025, I contacted Dressbarn via their customer support email to request either a refund or replacement. No response to my email was received. On 1/23/3025, I forwarded the email to them again. No response. On 2/12/2025, I sent a third email stating no response received and requested a refund, no replacement. An AI-generated response was received immediately. To date (2/25/2025), I have not received a response from an individual.
