    Well, what can you say about lawyers? Generally, a lot, unless you need one, then you REALLY need a great one. I feel like that's exactly what I got with Ferrell Law Group. Everyone was so nice and polite but when it came time to drop the hammer, they were like Pit Bulls. Hopefully you never need a lawyer but if you do, call them.

    This Law Firm is the best as well as the staff. They stay in contact with you and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. I was so glad that I chose them to represent me and my late husband with his mesothelioma case. They were so compassionate and caring about what my husband meant to me and his family. I would definitely recommend The Ferrill Law group to anyone or family member to contact them regarding an asbestos claim or mesothelioma. You will be glad you did. They are the best!!!!

    Not only do they charge 45%, but they add several fees on top of that. It was a horrible experience from the start. I never spoke to Mr. Ferrell personally, even after emails and calls to him. It was always a paralegal or assistant. I felt as if I were just another body getting shuffled through. I wish more than anything that my father has hired anyone else.

    They charge 45%. Then they hold your settlements for 90 to 120 days and then they sit on your last settlement for an undetermined amount of years. They held what they thought was my last settlement for 2 years. Then I got another settlement so the reluctantly sent the old one a part at a time. First they told my the attorney general office put a hold on it. Then they say they are waiting to see if anyone files a claim against my settlement. When asked how long they replied it's not uncommon for someone to file a claim against a settlement in 5 years and once at 10 years. They could not or would not answer how long they would hold my settlement. I don't expect to ever see my last settlement. The only clear answer I got from Mr Ferrell is we hold the last settlement. I do not recommended this group.
