  This is the second time we have used Nick's for plumbing problems in the past year or so. Both experiences have been very good. Pricing is competitive. The technician who came out this morning was Mr. Jarrod. What a wonderful, polite, engaging, knowledgeable professional ! Solved our problem of a clogged shower drain in short order. Will ask for him on future calls. We own a 54 year old home. We need service personnel we can depend on, who are available when needed, and who will not try to take advantage of us. Nick's Plumbing fit the bill in all three categories.

  Very proficient when came to do estimate took on look and already had idea of issue, schedule appt and took about 30-40 minutes and was fixed, was a really bad backed up pipe

  Best price on gas line installation. Very professional and efficient. Ethan and his helper were so easy to work with and very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Nick's plumbing .

  .Exceptional care and service. Today, Myslim arrived and took care of five problems in three different bathrooms. These problems had been plaguing us for a while and had resulted in our needing to remove and reapply sheetrock multiple times under two of the three bathrooms. In th first bathroom, he first had to fix the leaking shower faucet for which he had parts in his van. Then he fixed the leaking shower overflow and drain pipes. In the second bathroom he fixed a clogged shower by snaking it. In the third bathroom he not only diagnosed the subtle leak, he also pressure tested it to ensure it wasn't the pipes. Once he had diagnosed that the leak was due to poor remodeling, he imaged how it was occurring and shared it via video with me to show the remodeler how to fix it and what the actual problem was. He also emailed me before after pictures and videos of all the work. Needless to say, I could not be happier or more grateful for Mr. Myslim's utter brilliance and sincerity with his work. So utterly grateful and blessed with the commitment he showed this old lady to take care of her multiple house, specifically plumbing issues that had plagued the home for years, but much worse lately. Nick's plumbing also did an excellent job coordinating. Thank you so very much ???????????????????? Appreciate you Myslim and appreciate you Nick's plumbing ????????

  I'm so glad I found this company. They installed my new water heater today and I was very impressed with everything about the experience. My installer, Neil ****** was a really friendly, pleasant guy. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Clean-up was excellent. I will be a repeat customer for my future plumbing needs.

  My furnace stopped lighting and was only blowing cold air, so I called Nick's due to their high ranking on ******* Miguel was a great technician and was able to arrive the same day and diagnosed that the furnace ignitor was bad. He had to communicate with the home office to get pricing to replace, which ended up being $722. It seemed high, but I approved the amount since I needed heat and assumed they were a reputable and trustworthy company. To do due diligence, I have called around to several places that have provided the going rate should be $400-$450. So Nick's charge was 60% higher than the standard rate. I had to call twice over 2 days before getting a call back from a manager to discuss, but they say this is their standard rate and were unwilling to change it. 60% premium seems like gouging to me.

  With all of our customers we offer upfront written estimates for all work. Nothing is performed without authorization. Companies that are within our size, with our overhead, and the ability to service our customers in the way that we do, we are more than in-line when it comes to pricing.

  60% more in "overhead" is excessive, if not gouging. When I called in to ask about it, I was told it was flat rate pricing, when I pushed further, then it was revealed there is a "formula" and pricing could change. The lack of transparency or consistency is disgusting. I encourage anyone reading this to do your due diligence, call them and ask about their "formula" they use. What a scam.

  Jatod was a great plumbing Tech. he was very knowledgeabolt on different ways to dianose our problem. His expertise made us comfortable when discussing our issue with a clogged drain. we trusted his suggestions for different solutions. We appreciated the communication between the office,the homeowner, and with the Tech. Jarrod was precise in the repair and worked efficiently until the job was done. He made sure to clean up as he worked and was respectful of our property. Even our 100 lb female GSD liked him. Nick's did better than advertised and we will only call them going forward.

  I received same day service, good communication, no run arounds and the plumber Joshua was professional ,knowledgeable and resolve my problem immediately. Would highly recommend Nicks plumbing.

  Great customer service. The assigned technician was outstanding in the assessment of the problem and making the necessary repairs. I definitely will use them again.
